PvP/GG equipment is all BoP

Prior to today's patch, these items could still drop as BoE versions from the GG dungeons.

A quick scan of the AH indicates that all such items have now been flagged as BoP, likewise the complaint in General Discussion that set me to looking.

Presumably this is not working as intended, and is a side-effect of the tenacity update.

    Confirming the problem, setpieces I bought for my main char are now stuck on characters I can't use them on, and to make it worse, the AH currently has active listing of (now) BoP items. It's not even consistent as some GG set pieces are still BoE, making it seem like a bug indeed.

    Filed a ticket in hopes for help (#2.347.247).

    "beckylunatic" Gateway AH should have column headers to sort by buyout, bid, end time, quantity, etc. These disappeared iirc with the module launch. It's obnoxious.

    I have a huge bunch of t1 pvp gear gotten from Fardelver crypt and not enough time to sell them all.
    All useless now. I can't even salvage them effectively since i'm still waiting on top of the 200K unrefined AD for 3 months now.
    What a huge waste of my time. Disappointing update is hugely disappointing. With all the stones being exploited, i really did wish there was a rollback to make such items unbound again and rid of all duped stones.

    I have the same issue. Any news on that front? are we screwed?

    I am aware that Cryptic has bigger things on their plate at the moment, but a fix would be very attractive.

    This should've been resolved last night. :)

    If it has not let me know and I will nudge the developers in the morning.

    The Indomitable Champions Gauntlets (GF gear) are still bound to my GWF, sitting in it's inventory greater bag of holding. But I have not logged in for the last 10 hours, only gateway access atm.

    Aye please do, this hasn't been addressed yet and I'm quite irked about having several hundred thousand AD made worthless by that accidential lockdown of items on characters who cannot use them. If anyone with item moving powers is being bored I'd appreciate if they took a look at ticket #2.347.247.

    Please nudge the developers in the morning. The tier 2 GG pvp sets are still binded on pickup. Please resolve as soon as possible.

    Still bugged. Will be now bugged BoP items BoE after fix? Because if not, it will be not nice to have eq in price about few M AD for salvage...

    Devs are aware of this and will take a look. I don't have any updates on this at the moment.

    I got Battlefield Skulker boots from Dwarf King's with my CW a couple of hours ago and they are BoP. What am I supposed to do with them?

    This won't be resolved for the entire weekend?

    Going to be stressed out for the next two days not knowing if my TR and HR will ever see that gear.

    maybe you can give them a gentle prod with a blunt spoon?

    I am so afraid that DEV says "working as originally intended, these items should never have been BoE but BoP" and I could have made 260k AD a week ago, and now it is only worth 6k rAD.

    What am I supposed to do now after getting ripped off of 500,000?

    Grind pvp for the gear now? The most stupid idea that you'd have to grind for it doing pvp if you hate pvp, but you can buy zen store items and sell them on the auction house.. Makes no sense why this would be intentional...

    And it's pretty disgusting that there has not been one word from the Devs yet about this yet.

    I hope everyone had a good weekend.

    I basically suffered a 380.000AD loss as the AH did not deliver (BoP) what I had bid on before patch (BoE).

    My case can easily be fixed by either moving 3-4 items or reimbursing the 380k, for details see ticket #2.347.247.

    I'd be happy about an update on the situation.

    If they are releasing a preview patch later today hopefully it will include news on this issue.

    If the blunt spoon does not do the job you might to threaten them with my +6 socks of awkward smelling.
    The initial stun wears off after an hour or so.

    Any chance this gets corrected before the trade in person gets removed from Trade of Blades? I would like to move the equipment to the correct toon and get the pvp gear asap.

    Would be nice if the Devs SAID something...

    I want this over with so I can gear my chars up. My gear good as gone, getting unbound. I want to grind for it again, but not until they give word...

    I wonder how the devs are going to get out of this one.
    The simple answer: They're making all pvp and gg t1/t2 gear permanently bound to the character.
    It looks like it'll be too hard for them to track down what was bound when previously worn and what was bound AFTER the patch. They're just gonna write it off as "yeah... we meant to do that"

    The hard answer: Change everything BACK to bound on equip. Not much needed to say here...

    The disappointing answer: Fix all further dropped BOP items back to BOE. Items that are currently BOP in your inventory, mail, etc will stay that way. Also, no apology from Devs.


    Because of lack of information from the devs, you're only option right now is to assume all those gear will be BOP now. Makes running GG FC and DK really kinda pointless sometimes.

    Panderus just posted in test patch note , fix this week so future drops will be BoE again , however the stuff that was bound due to being in peoples bags is not being reverted back to BoE so for some it will really blow .

    What if it's still in the mail and not bound yet?
