Just a rant and request....
It's been a few times now that have missed returning my items into the rewards npc. With work and kids its hard to get time to play yet alone a few runs in the new event. then to save up and go and see what I can afford. Only to find I missed the 10am dead line.
All I ask is a few days after the events are over to lets us still be able to return our collected items.
Trust me, I know I should of been more on the clock, but some of us work like dogs and forget to log on. but really 10am? why not midnight or in game reset time 3am your time??
Totally bummed out I missed the chance to get my Marks or the weapon.
Thanks for hearing me out.
please add time to the reward npc's after an event, thanks

uhhhh and the peg leg too..... :(

They normally have the vendor hang out for a while after the event ends. Something went wrong this time but they will be returning the vendor in the near future.

In my experience, they remove the NPC w/ all the decorative stuff as soon as the event ends. A short time later, they re-add a lone NPC to the empty event dais to extend when people can turn in the tokens.

In my experience, the vendor shows up immediately after the event ends. Outside of this CTA, the only other event that had that issue was the very first one because they didn't think to do it.

    Well, then I stand corrected...

In the same place, but without the bells and whistles.

I believe the Masquerade merchant stuck around, but there was no way to exchange charms into spendable currency after the event ended.

Same problem as the author of the post, I farm tokens and I wanted to spend only at the end of the vent, but the NPC is no longer, I hope to be back soon because I 'have not used my winnings.

. . . Please see this post. Event NPC merchants usually hang around for a few days after the events and are located either in the Moonstone Mask (the Waukeen Vendor is still there) and/or on the Event Dias just down the left steps from the Shrine of the Gods in Protector's Enclave. The CTA Merchant from Storming the Keep is scheduled to return in next week's patch to fix it, on February 6th.
