Priate's Skyhold map all grey and white

The mini map and the large map in Pirates Skyhold is completely grey and white. This is happening for both me and a guildmate. Not sure about anyone else.

    Happened to me too, on my GWF. Noticed it right after signing up for preview; I don't know if that's related.

    When I checked a couple of hours ago, it was still all grey and white.

    I noticed this the day the Halloween event started. Been helping guildies in that area the days before and after the event started, and everything was ok pre-event. As if that area isn't annoying enough to travel with a map, let alone without it!

    Same here.

    Would like this to be fixed ASAP so I can get my exploration achievements for it.

    Yep - hit "M" and nothing but gray and white -- and ZERO detail - no shades of gray -- just all gray "unexplored" and all white "explored" areas.

    Sominator said they're working on a fix in the emergency maintenance thread the other day, but couldn't give an ETA.

    During the Halloween event, I had three different characters where this was the area that was the appropriate level for them to get their liar's charm outside PE. So, THAT was FUN.

    Minimap still gray and white for both characters I've sent there. Other areas I've checked in on are fine.

    My next level quest missions are in Skyhold... and am getting LOST without the maps!!! Everywhere else I check is good. Wonder what happened....

    This is currently fixed on the preview server.

    Yep, one of my alts just went there and I have the same problem. Any ETA on a fix for this please Cryptic?

    If it's fixed on Preview, I think it will probably be fixed during the next live patch (whenever that might be). I had same issue. Minor annoyance. Just follow the sparkly idiot path and try not to fall off a cliff (like I did 4 times).

    Still an issue; any idea when the apparent fix in the preview will be applied as obviously at least one patch has been processed since the comment on the 11th?

    I'm guessing it will go live with the new module on Dec 5.

    That this has not yet been fixed is unacceptable.
    Do you think that any other game out there would wait a month to fix something that breaks the game on a scale as not having your map for an ENTIRE zone?

    You think Blizzard would allow that for WoW?
    Or ArenaNet for GW2?
    Or (insert developer here) for (insert MMO here)?!?!?

    Unacceptable!

    I played through the zone the other day. I really didn't find it that difficult...

    Yeah it's still hosed. It just removes a convenience, that's all. I was still able to do the zone quests there - as long as I can find my way to the blue arenas in the zone for those quests that are area-specific.

    Hopefully it will be fixed today, tho'.
