So i make test with Fey Thistle. If it have an ItCD, then it's very low with ~4s or it haven't one. So every deflected attack deal the 400. But i don't know why it show (427) and only give 377 damage to attacker at deflection. That's ~88,3% of deflection damage to attacker or 12,7% DR of the attacker. 1. Why 427 and 2. Why DR for attacker without Arpen calculated?
So no cooldown on the deflect boon? That's good news. I now know which one I'm going to take. Thanks for the info!
10% stamina for rogue is nothing to sneeze at, it def doesn't suck. Couple with str and feat bonus its +35% rate and usually -10% cost. In the time taken to use 2 dodges your 3rd is up. For other classes? meh. Last I checked Impossible to Catch was dodge not deflect so this is the one my rogue is workin on. Should be a good choice for CW as well. (PvP)
The pot one is laughable.
The elvish fury seems fine for PvE would get PvP use if it was a slight bit more power per kill.
The deflection is just TOO good by comparison. Esp for GF and GWF.
When my sentinel GWF is in trash mob dps mode I minimize deflection because deflected attacks greatly reduce determination gain. For PVP or tanking (assuming you can hold aggro) high deflection and that boon would be good. I think overall it would be most useful for GF, TR, and PVP GWF's. My tanky gwf will go for the potion one because each point of heal is one point of aggro. Potions is the best taunt gwf's have in this broken game.

Non stealth itc is 100% deflect. deflect is the same as "dodge" in some context, different in others. Stealthed itc is a completely different mechanic.

I don't know what you mean with that, but using Potions to heal up don't generate aggro. Only healingskills do this. That's the reason why DC fight with GF Aggroholding.
