compared to others, they are just bad and not worthy paying only if u are TR or GWF with high deflect chance - 400 dmg to attacker when u deflect seems ok,but others? meh...
for ppl that misunderstood my point- im talking about last 4 boons from all boons tree,10% more stamina regen, more pots healing, dmg on deflect and pwr on kill
previous boons are great

As a cleric i think all of them have pretty good value.
Admittedly the first two are great because they are high stat increases for stats that dont have diminishing returns on yet. The remaining are not crazy awesome, but still pretty good.
The final one is a little meh, but still more dodge is more dodge.
You left out some critical information from your post. Why are they bad? What would you do to fix them? When you point out a problem you also need to give the solution, otherwise the post is only so much noise that is easily disregarded.
Faster stamina regen sounds awesome, who doesn't want to dodge more. The deflect one sounds pretty good as a tank although I'm not sure whether to pick it. the 3rd one seems ok if you're not slow but I'm not really that bothered about it. And the increased potion healing also sounds good to me 850 extra healing from major pots, not only can you save gold, but you can potentially take an extra hit and is like an almost rank 8 hp enchantment each time you use one. Of course if you get 1 shotted it won't really help you out.
While they don't seem OMGMAZING keep in mind they are perm, and then next we do another campaign and get more buffs.... ect ect.
progression not only by gear at point but by time played.
over time with many campaigns done we will have many buffs and be quite more powerful than a fresh player, even at new level caps.

im more than sure 400 dmg to attacker while deflect have cooldown just like arcane dmg or 400 hp healing boon
elvish fury, which stacks 20 points to your power stat for 45 seconds, is stackable 30 times. if you kill 30 zombies in 45 seconds, you've essentially boosted your power by 600. i wouldn't call that a stick in the mud.
elven resolve, which increases the speed at which your stamina or guard meter regenerates by 10% in combat just means that you'll be able to kite longer. in both pvp and pve, this isn't a bad advantage to have.
redcap brew provides a 10% increase in health potions. your 8500 greater potions of healing will now heal you for 9350 points. again, this isn't a bad advantage in pve or pvp potions. it grants you more bang for your buck.
fey thistle is not the same thing as elven ferocity. fey thistle causes 400 hp of damage when your deflect stat procs. if your deflect is low, this probably isn't going to help you much. elven ferocity grants a chance to cause 400 hp damage to an attacker as arcane damage and is likely a RNG stat that randomly procs.
whether these things are worth it to you or not doesn't mean that someone else won't find use of them. i think the OP may be missing the whole point of boon bonuses. they're meant to enhance your character... a reward for completing the area. it's not meant to make you godly. nope that's what perfect enchants are for.
The deflect one is faaaaaar better than the other ones at the last tier, they should really balance them a bit. 10% more healing from potions, really?

I don't think they are unbalanced. 25% deflect on my GF - so deflect one looks good, but on my DC it's about 5%, so no thanks - for him the stamina looks best.

My thoughts on the rank 5 boons per class I play:
for TR, 400 dmg on deflect seems amazing, if only for ItC. Since I already have 75% deflect severity I can see using ItC non-stealth with this boon for dealing with trash. Power is meh, Single target dps I'm always bottom on # of kills. average dungeon run I have maybe 80 kills total compared to 200+ for CW, and that's over 20-30minutes clear not just 45 seconds, I don't see power buff stacking to the point of being useful. My TR uses pots more than any other class I play (go through maybe 10-20 per cn run, 90% on draco) but I also have the lowest hp so 8500 is still "effective". My TR playstyle is very, very survivable though, I don't see 10% more pot heal making or breaking the build.
For offensive GF i'm kinda torn. I'll probably go with guard regen even though 10% isn't that great. with ~20ish % deflect the 400 dmg doesn't really seem that beneficial, if I need the damage to deal with things i'm shield blocking anyway so I'm guessing the mechanics are different and deflect rolls are not made so i wouldn't benefit? kinda like stealthed ItC becomes dodge instead of deflect? would need to test it. I kill a lot so 600 power seems ok, but i'm already at 7k power so who cares about 600 more over 45 seconds? If the potion one was considerably better than 10% i might consider it, as 8.5k potion barely budges my bar @ 35k hp. But my GF rarely ever uses pots. If I need healing fighter's recovery heals me to full hp in 2 seconds.
CW most definitely going with more power as I can kill 45 things in about 5 seconds so as long as we're constantly killing things and dungeons are kept full of minion trash mobs I should have full stacks relatively quickly and as long as we maintain momentum can keep it up. Dodge one would be second choice here if CW only needed a 3rd a bar of stamina for dodge (since they have 3 dodges), but they actually need 45% stamina, 75% stamina, and 100% stamina because their dodges are coded weird. So the best case for their stamina is when regening from 2 dodges available to 3, in which case you don't desperately need the stamina regen you already have 2 dodges available. Pot one would be ok I guess, Pots were basically 1/2 heals when I first hit 60 but with gear and feats pots are less than 1/3 a bar of health now, but at less than 10 pots per dungeon run i'm basically gaining less than 1 free heal pot of healing per 20-30min. You can argue that "when you need the heal, you need the heal, but Soul forge saves me more often than this extra 850 hp would I think.
Cleric is the toughest choice I think. I Never use pots, I just collect stacks of them from drops and mail them to my other characters (TR mainly). Power is meh, healing is mainly HoT, duration based not burst healing, and I don't care about damage. Deflect? I mean I have pretty good deflect for a Cleric (~1k) which is all of 11% deflect rate. If you need me in the thick of things taking hits for my 400 dmg proc to kill things, something has already gone horribly wrong.
10% faster stamina regen is meh, but it's probably the one i will take. I can count on 2 fingers the number of times I've needed to dodge but couldn't and was only 10% shy of the stamina I needed. Typically i'm at full stamina and can dodge np or i'm at 0% stamina from double hands and now look, hands again.
So 2 of the 4 classes have (to me) obvious choices, though neither are really a "must have" the other 2 i'm picking the least useless of the bunch.
+250 Defense? Yeah only got +0,6% DR! Pre i got the +1% and DON'T have useless stat defense more if i improve it.
+250 Deflection? Get +1,7% deflection chance. I don't know how the +1% deflection severity work out. On test it reduce more than 52% reduction on deflected attacks. So it was better pre as now.
+700 HP? Okay only i don't have anything against it.
400 HP heal once 60s after some hits i get? LOL! 30% of your defense as heal was it pre! Useless...
The last boon i will test on PTS how the 400 damage work(if it's only bound on one attacker or it's independent of any attacker and if it have an ItCD).
I hope they buff a little bit some of them, because now most are only pigfood. I love every passiv i get, but that make me sad. Good idea for passivs, bad implementation of it. =(
And grinding/doing the sharandar campaign is a joke. You have dailies for the normal requirements from zones. Then you have the big disadvantage daily/weekly sparks(okay if you open lockboxes you can speed them up, but that's grinding?!). Grinding is if you have to achive 2000+ or so of the gold crescent to buy the boons direct and not with that dailies...

The thing is that even if they are next to useless they are still better than no boons at all. Just a small reward that wont unbalance things if you choose to get them.
The rewards may be small, but i used it as an opportunity to increase things that normally i wouldnt.
Case in point deflection and defense. First thought for a cleric would be taking power and crit, but i already have thousands upon thousands of those stats so i took the defense and deflection for a much more noticeable difference.
There is no way whatsoever to increase my AP and Stamina gain so once again those are awesome choices.
The only one i dont care for the slightest is on hit or on damage one. That one could use a better option for a PvE cleric.

I hate when I get things for free. I prefer to criticize them and say I am better than these free things.

your points are as weak as a candle in the storm.
1. 600 power that require build up time and kill? Hence the low return of power at the first place, so bad.
2. It is ok for PVP DC and CW or maybe even GF depends on his build, but still it is lackluster.
3. 10% increase? What a joke.
4. sound pretty good for those high deflect GF and GWF, but still have to verify internal cooldown.
I do view this boons as a player with next to max gear and end-game focused, I can see some of those boons to be useful if u are still grinding T2 and T1, otherwise no thx. Only the stamina regen one is universal and useful engouh to be consider taken. Deflect one is limited to those who build lots of deflect, I would say every GWF would take that, but that's it.
Overall, terrible design, would rather have +250 regen and call it good.
Does the 10% heal bonus work on the Alchemist Enhanced versions of a potion (that apply a rejuvenate for several ticks after)? if so, then this could be very nice as I run with a stack if these on all my toons.
I had the opposite reaction. I thought these were all good and still cannot decide which one i would use, given they apply to the class.
Either way, these are a BONUS... and unless this is the only campaign planned, there will be many more to come so they need to be only marginally good or they will become game breaking down the road.
I think this is a great addition because we cannot all farm the great gear to run the harder dungeons, and this helps make us more competitive after doing tasks we can pull off.
I hate when I get things for free. I prefer to criticize them and say I am better than these free things.
Not entirely free. It requires A LOT of extremely repetitive farming. It also costs AD so ideally they should be somewhat usefull. The 4th one having a 1 min cooldown for example makes it not very useful. So in way I think you're right to not overly criticise them, but I do think it's fair to critique them somewhat.

plz stop being sarcasting and take closer look at boons, ofc i think they are awesome but last boons(4 to make a choice) are most expensive and give rly non-noticable bonuses, compared to previous boons. only dmg reflect on deflect seems ok, but only for certain builds and classes, i dont see reason to farm for my cleric just for 10% more stamina or more healing from pots, cause at all it dont make difference.

Well, those two could be a lifesaver fro DCs, every now and then, so why nott get them?
cause if i cant dash, 10% more regen wont save me
cause when 1big mob can crt me for 20k(or even full hp at malabog with 3 k def[50%dmg reduct]), 850 hp from pot will not save me
all previous boons make some difference when u pick them, and last thing from "skill-tree" usually is something extra becasue it took longest time to unlock.
sorry but i disagree. they look great to me. going to get some extra deflection on my guardian and get that 400 damage on deflect. it seems like it would be a decent damage increase for clearing dungeons.
but you seem unhappy with them, what would you propose instead? seems like you want some sort of lifesaving event to trigger when you take big damage?

If u would read what i said... I said that only dmg on deflect seems good boon but only for ceraint builds and classes, like ur deflect GF. i propose to make the at least same value as previous boons(pwr/def, crt/deflect, hp, heal/dmg- this boons are great).
seems i want lifesaver?where the fk i said it?i said that boons sux compared to others.

Completely agree. Especially with the very repetitive farming.
The 10% stamina boon is the best of the last boon choices... nobody can be that much of an ***** to say otherwise. Also, you guys really need to shut up about how long it takes, to get things in this game. You have no intention on working for your things? Then do NOT expect to be given anything, at all.
I don't get where this "give me fast and at best for free" mentality came from. Let me guess, WoW - the HAMSTER of the mmo genre? But one thing i know is that it has to STOP. FF is out, go ask there if you can have things for free.
I almost feel sorry for you guys.
First of all: If you only have to farm 500-2000 goldcrescent for ONE boon, then it's farming. What you do in sharandar? Waiting! Waiting that the reward quest refresh! That's the problem of most poster i think - for me it is. So you have only a time wall which is boring... 10 min playfun then 24h waiting. -.-
So i make test with Fey Thistle. If it have an ItCD, then it's very low with ~4s or it haven't one. So every deflected attack deal the 400. But i don't know why it show (427) and only give 377 damage to attacker at deflection. That's ~88,3% of deflection damage to attacker or 12,7% DR of the attacker. 1. Why 427 and 2. Why DR for attacker without Arpen calculated?

thanks, thats what im talking about, the only boon of last choice that make noticable difference in pvp and pve, but it works only for certain builds and classes. this boon is way better than other 3, it will make stronger sentinnel gwfs, TRs and some gf builds .other boons compared to this one just sux.
also it seems it work with every deflected attack.

I feel sorry for you that u cannot read without understanding what you read.
No one said he want boons for free, im questioning usefullnes of last 4 boons for example-DC. dmg on deflect will boost a lot tanky classes stacking deflect chance.

What Class Are You?
1) Power
2) Crit
3) HP (with this I'll have 26k, not bad for a CW)
4) 400 Arcane damage
5) Stamina Regen (with Severe Reaction feat, whoo-hoo!)
