Hey,
Thanks to both Munky and Cyclop for their guides, very interesting stuff.
I personally run Deistiks crit build (sunburst, astral shield, FF + foresight, holy fervor using BotS and AS at wills), and burned my free respec to add in linked spirit recently, but am considering a build like this. I'm not tier 2 geared yet though, so my power isn't through the roof like you guys, and am therefore not sure its viable yet. My biggest concern is that i wonder whether you are sacrificing too much of both divinity generation (no righteous rage or etheral boon) and AP generation (no holy fervor), i tend to rely ALOT on moontouch heals, since the uptime on hallowed ground is so high in prolonged fights (1 sunburst is just under half an AP pool).
Munkey: to take a screen shot, in game press print screen. At this point nothing will happen and nothing is saved, but you will have the screenshot in you copy buffer, so you just need to paste it somewhere. Generally, people open MS paint and then paste it there, at which point you can save the screenshot as a file. So print screen then paste in paint.

With this build I am never having those "****, no divinity!" moments. As with this build, I am constantly using divinity for healing word, and soothing light, which is why I'm getting such huge heals. Its very rare that I use Astral Shield with divinity, because generally I feel the Divinity is best used on soothing light and healing word. I always pop astral shield though for the dmg mitigation of course, but it is not this builds "crutch". The heals are so huge, in my opinion, and play style, is made up for by the big heals, in those times when i am not standing in my circle, and in pvp, it seems to be alot, because i am constantly moving. In PvE however I am 98% of the time using Astral Shield with divinity, because as you know, theres tons of adds in dungeons, and using Sunburst is always keeping me at full pips and ap.
I am amazed frankly, at the amount of burst heals we can produce with this build, when you have atleast one person you can use soothing light on, a rotation for me, after I put seal on my enemy, is soothing light on player for x-amount of seconds(depends how low my teamate is, or how low i am), then divinity healing word, then normal mode sunburst, and healing word on teamate, then sacred flame the enemy. Dont forget also, you dont have to use Sunburst "only" when there is an enemy around, it crits by itself, whether you hit an enemy or not, and I am getting upwards of 5-7k heals to self, when it does crit.
Using in divinity mode healing word on no one, will of course have a chance to crit, and heal yourself as well. The only thing I wish would work, is the same for soothing light, I wish we could cast it without targeting someone, and get the regen from it because its huge. I cant imagine this would ever happen however, but I'm ok with it. Plenty of heals to self with sunburst, healing word, healing word/divinity.
I feel for my fellow pvp'rs "when" they get rid of Righteousness.
Here we go, I said earliar my crit was over 3k but its not, thats ok though Seriously thinking about the miracle healers 4 set bonus though. I havent read anything about it, is there a cool down on it? Like can only occur once in so many seconds etc?
Well I just prinscreen it and open up in ms paint, that's all. I don't know if the screenshots get saved to the Neverwinter folder, never bothered to find out.
No internal CD, procs on every power.
The problem is, it only heals 5% on "one" target, not "nearby allies", and if you are missing any HP, that one target will be you no matter if you're only missing a 100 HP and a party member is on 10%.
Here we go, I said earliar my crit was over 3k but its not, thats ok though Seriously thinking about the miracle healers 4 set bonus though. I havent read anything about it, is there a cool down on it? Like can only occur once in so many seconds etc?
It has no CD, but it is bugged, or doesn't work as the tooltip indicates. It currently only heals one person per encounter used and that person will always be you as long as you are missing at least 1 HP, if you are 100% full health then it will heal your closest ally who is not at 100% HP.
Still quite useful, beats 450 crit or power
No Benefit of Foresight? That's one of our best feats... You said you are running Foresight but don't take this is odd...
That's right, I went for all the healing stuff instead. I didn't want to run Foresight in the first place, but since I have no problem with divinity and AP, I use it even tho it's unfeated.
Here we go, I said earliar my crit was over 3k but its not, thats ok though Seriously thinking about the miracle healers 4 set bonus though. I havent read anything about it, is there a cool down on it? Like can only occur once in so many seconds etc?
Just like I mentioned many times, that 4/4 does around 8-14% of my total healing done in a dungeon. Even in it's current state. I tested it using the Advanced combat tracker.
I say that beats any 450% stat.
Plus if you do PvP aswell, that's where it really shines if you are using healing word. I always switch to Divine Fortune then and just spam the hell out of HWs. Since HW doesn't trigger it's CD when used in divine mode, you can get so, so many heals with Seeker's Beacon, it's sick.
Quick question about your updated build Cyclop. So you now run deepstone blessing but not divine armor? I'm not used to using temp HPs on cleric, but isnt the +THP from sacred flame likely to be up an exceedingly small amount of time since its so little? Which would mean the +10% healing bonus is not going to proc very often without another source of THP like DA. Or am i missing something?

Yes, I only use sacred flames for those occasional increased heals.
I always use Hallowed Ground. Might just use Divine Armor when in a grp with second cleric.
But doesn't the lack of DA mean you're seeing next to nothing out of deepstone? I'm curious as to how it pays off vs the righteous feat you had (probably righteous rage?).

Well it's not that great, just a few better heals every 3secs or so. I haven't tested it yet properly. I supose it really isn't all the great when not using DA.
I might give Power of Life a try instead, maybe it would do more healing in the long run.
Yes, I had Righteous Rage, but it's not necessery imo.

What you have to do is drop deepstone and feat foresight. Seriously, slotting FS without feating it makes no sense.
You're running with ASeal right? Then everyone who hits a sealed mob gets 11% DR for 10 seconds. That's a lot more than what you can heal with deepstone blessing or power of life.
Care to elaborate? I'm interested to hear what's wrong with it.
I know that I should probably spec into Foresight, which I might do (think I really will Oroness, the spike healing from Deepstone just isn't worth it when not using DA I guess)
Other than that.. can't see anything wrong with it. It heals for ****tons, good survivability, it's just gear dependant.
I have played with linked spirit for quite some time and it's been rather disappointing. It's just something to clear dungeons faster, but stats won't make your team mates any better and won't make people stand out of red zones. I really enjoy the alternative, benefit of foresight helps my team surviving longer and will directly increase the defense rating instead of a small buff due to stat caps.
When you play high level dungeons, killing stuff faster doesn't matter at all. Surviving the unending waves of adds does. I understand some people enjoy better stats but at some point, when everyone has decent T2 gear, it will make little to no difference, and direct buffs should always be the priority.
And also, really, moon touched heals for 5k only. It's ok but definitely not "awesome", and the alternative is also a good choice. I've also noticed that you ignored divine advantage? Why? Do you like being backstabbed by monsters when your team is surrounded?

No build is going to make your team better.
Since survivability isn't an issue, buffing my team's power so we can clear stuff faster is the way for me to go.
I did ignore it because I don't need it, why should I waste points in it then?
And get yourself a second cleric with linked spirit, both use divine glow and you'll blow **** up even faster. That kind of stuff makes you want to keep linked spirit and have atleast some fun in this game. When you can kill a boss in 5 second, why not to?
Besides, you can also use Linked Spirit as a way to balance your stats. If you have 10k power and only 1k defence, you take drop down to 9k power, get 2k defence instead and with Linked Spirit you'll be back where you were with power, but you'll defence will be much, much higher.
This is just an example, I hope it's not too terribly difficult to comprehend.

If you keep cheating and skipping, yes, survivability isn't an issue. If you clear stuff though, you will need some defensive buffs. Try to play CN with one cleric and no benefit of foresight. Get into the shadowfell or fight 6 battle wight commanders at the same time and enjoy your wipes. Two clerics is the easy mode. Any build will do the job, even the worst ones.

I'm sorry if you manage to fail at a 3 button game, but some people don't. And those people don't need more defensive buffs, all you need is to pay attention.
I do clear CN even without Foresight, it's perfectly fine. You just need to dodge the red stuff.
And it seems like you missed my point with double linked spirit, but nevermind.
Its ok if folks don't like this build. I for one am having a blast with it. Near impossible to kill in PvP, and I heal for more then I ever did with a build similar to Deistiks crit build. What you can see though, is people using this build, who know how to actually play, are not complaining about the cleric class at all, in fact quite the opposite. I am constantly defending the cleric class, but I think I am done. I don't like to be the guy that says learn to play, but I'm afraid that's what its coming down too. Its plainly obvious Cleric is the most difficult class to master in this game, and a large majority of players are failing at it miserably, and flooding the forums because they cant heal, or cant dps, or cant survive. Meanwhile, plenty of us are having complete success. I've defended the cleric class since the start of beta on the 25th. I've been called a troll, a liar, a l2p troll, countless other names. I've posted both my builds that I have had huge success in both pvp and pve with, my rotations, my gear my stats, my thoughts on how/when/why to do certain things. It seems however clerics "want" to continue hating the class, and don't want to take any suggestions.
So i'm done "defending" the class, I've tried to help out other clerics in every way possible, short of playing there cleric for them. Not much else a dude can do. I'm all about discussing builds, but if you think the cleric is terrible and hate it. Then yes, quit, cleric isn't for you.

Did i say i failed? I clear CN regularly in a bit more than 1h without ridiculous shortcuts with my team. I'm often the only cleric. It works quite well and things go faster since i removed linked spirit. I run a mitigation/HoT build and allow people to stand in red to dps a bit longer, i guess it makes the difference.
I think you really missed the point. Mitigation and tanking serve only one purpose: allowing people to do what the devs don't want them to do, which is dps-ing mindlessly without caring about what's on the ground (as long as it's not a stun). Against most npcs it works pretty well. But it seems that some people here think they are the only ones to understand the game mechanics and can't understand that something they think they do can be done differently, efficiently.
I got your point about the double cleric idea. I didn't say it didn't work, i just said that it made the game so easy that you wouldn't notice a loss of efficiency anyway.

I must say I took a lot from people's comments. Ever since I posted my build I changed it 3x just to try out what people were introducing.
I now stick with this build, having a lot of hp, making my set bonus do the work for me pretty much
By no means I'm trying to say that this is the only build that works, it's just one of many.
I believe that you do not fail at this game, I just felt like what you said had an agressive nature to it so I tried so spit some bullcrap out. No hard feelings.
Lastnight I picked up the other pieces to make the 4 piece bonus. For me, its a 1069 heal.. I lost 570power, but by going back and looking at my logs during large pvp matches, I think the heals definitely make up for the reduction in power. I'm on a long job working so haven't had the chance to do a dungeon, but I thank you Cyclop, the 4 piece bonus is great, and my healing has only gotten better

So glad to hear that! It really shines in pvp, since it ignores righteousness. I just hope they fix it soon, so that it doesn't heal you when you are missing only 1hp, but rather someone who is on 10% og his hp. Once they do that, it's going to be really amazing.
Man, 27k health is awesome! I'm just shy of 21k. I cant see getting rid of the gear I have though for health gear. Its working for me now so I'm not messin with it
Maybe things will change if I ever decide to spend some $$ and get some Wards. As of right now, I only use rank 5, and a fiew rank 6 enchants, and lesser armor and weapon enchant.
It's a build i've made for pvp but it works well in pve. You can see my CN power tray setup (I can switch to sacred flame/healers lore instead of divine fortune for extra heals from deepstone blessing in some areas). My choice is a crit based build, a divine healing word critting is just awesome... With divine armor always up, people can stand safely in anything but stuns and red areas bypassing armors such as the aoe from battle wigh commanders.
My pvp power tray is really different: brand of the sun, astral seal, the same class feature, hammer of fate and FF instead of healing word (not for heals but for the dot).

I'm not sure what kind of gear you are using. But "I" feel that putting points into Domain Synergy is a waste. I'm sitting at 3658 4/4 Miracle Healers set, with all Radiant Enchantments. No need for 2% recovery imo. Also, you have 2 points in Infitiate of the Faith. For me, with 5765 power, it only adds 23 crit. Again, I think that's a waste of 2 points. Other then that we have a similar build
