"Healing Step - When you are critically hit, gain 1/2/3/4/5% Temporary Hit Points and 20/40/60/80/100% increased Stamina Regen for 10 seconds. Can happen once every 20 seconds".
Don't know exactly about Stamina Regen, but it gives you incredible run speed - about 100%+ for 3+ sec.
I've never gotten a runspeed boost, what race are you?

i recently respect and only put 3 points into healing action and hit commit on the tool tip it stated it was maxed so putting 5 points seems a waste
Linked spirit seems like there might be something quirky with it, or at least something I do not understand. I could not seem to get it to proc last night with people in my group. I tried using healing word and divine astral shield.
The night before I was able to get it to proc.. maybe something in yesterday's patch?
I think that Ethereal Boon is broken. I currently have it at level 2, and it is supposed to refund 4% of a bar based on my MAX number of divine pips. I have Greater Divine Power, so that means that it should refund based on 4 pips. So since I have 4 pips, 4x4% = 16% per encounter skill coming off of cooldown. So it should only take me ~7 encounter skills to get a divine pip back. Instead, it takes me upwards of 12.
In fact, I just tested it and it took me 11 encounter cooldowns to get 1 pip (and some extra). That comes out to ~9% of a bar per encounter coming off cooldown, which is about half the expected (16%) rate.
Could someone without Greater Divine Power test this (at level 2 of Ethereal Boon since that is what I have)? If not, could someone post numbers for 5/5 Ethereal Boon?
Prophetic Action
Just tested maxed Prophetic Action. It takes ~68 seconds to come back when MAXED despite it saying it would only take 40. Does anyone have 1 point in this and can they test whether it takes ~88 seconds to return normally?
I mean it's broke either way (and terrible even if it's not broken) but still.
EDIT:
Just tested it with an in-game timer. It took 60 seconds for Prophetic Action to return with 3 points invested in it, meaning that either the description is wrong or the other 2 points don't do anything at the moment.
Holy Fervor
Additionally Holy Fervor is a flat +15% bonus to Action Points generated! I don't know if this was intended or not, but it's trivial to see.

I believe it's only 10% of a single pip, not all pip's unfortunately.
Edit: I should mention, I have two ranks of Bountiful Fortune. I'm not sure how much that extra 6% is affecting this, or if it even is at all. Also, I'm not quite 60 yet, so I can't yet test what effects the PvP set bonus would have on this either.
I have all five ranks of Ethereal Boon, and I do not have Greater Divine Power. My max Divine Power is the normal amount of three pips.
Every time an encounter comes off of cooldown, I gain 20% of a pip of Divine Power. Exactly that.
So, the badly-worded description is wrong both ways (it isn't 10% of a pip/bar, and it isn't 10% of my maximum DP either).
Other fun facts about Ethereal Boon, which I just tested:
If you swap an encounter into your tray (causing it to initially be on cooldown) you will gain the usual amount of DP from Ethereal Boon when that encounter comes off cooldown. I haven't seen anyone mention that anywhere, so I figured I would mention it for the benefit of others like me who often switch encounters mid-fight if they feel like they need a different spell.
Also, Healing Word has a weird interaction with Ethereal Boon where you will gain the benefit of Ethereal Boon every time Healing Word finishes its ~1 second enforced cooldown (or ~3 seconds if you cast it in Divine Mode). By "enforced cooldown," I'm referring to the brief cooldown that you are forced to sit through between casts of it, even if you have multiple charges ready. However, you will NOT gain Ethereal Boon favor from recovering a charge of the spell (from the little yellow timer in the lower left counting down).

When I use Daunting Light in divine mode a particular type of spider (broodswarm) it inflicts no damage. Whereas if I use Daunting Light in regular mode, it does. It seems to work on other spiders just fine. It's just that particular type of spider that doesn't receive damage from a divine Daunting Light.
I tried testing it as best as I could, and the results have been consistent so far.
Sooth(e) - Does this even work? Slot it, don't slot it, you're still going to be tanking half the dungeon. Until they figure out agro, I think a good solution would be for mobs to ignore all healing from you for the first 1/2/3 seconds that they're active.
What to know something scary?
During beta weekend 4 it was intended and working, that mobs ignored healing threat for the first 8 seconds from when they spawn, in beta weekend 3 it was 6 seconds but did not work. This grace period was added due to them increasing threat from beta weekend one and two where clerics could almost never get threat unless mobs where ignored for large periods of time, you know like most games!
No threat during this time from healing is counted towards your constant build up, so no back-log of it after the period is over as well. I expect once they solve the issue this grace period will be back in again, but this too right now is broken.
Divine Glow - Actually decreases your allies' damage when you use it on them from Divine mode. That can't be right - tooltip states the exact opposite (see above, this is SO easy to test).
...seriously?
Thanks for the info Deistik.
"Pugs are like Saturday Night Live Sketches.
Most of em' are awful, some of em are decent, and a few are pretty good."
Repurpose Soul : it says affects all dmg but it seems to only work on at wills ...... it works get with Brand of the sun since you can put it on several criters
Foresight: it does not buff the healer casting it , but it can stack if you have several healers in pt, you can get the buff from the other healers and your foresight will stack.
Healing Action - Has 5 ranks, but only 3 in the tooltip. Additionally, I would love some clarification on what is considered a "healing" spell. I feel it's leaning towards spells that do NO damage (even though we have quite a few spells that do damage and also heal). The feat says "gain x% more action points whenever you use a healing ability." Is Divine Forgemaster's Flame not a healing ability? I sure think it is.
Healing Word - The final cooldown (after you use up all the charges) is not affected by your recharge rate. Why?
Divine Glow - Actually decreases your allies' damage when you use it on them from Divine mode. That can't be right - tooltip states the exact opposite (see above, this is SO easy to test).
Miracle Healer (T2 4p set bonus) - Only heals one person, though it specifically says allies, plural. Also, if the casting cleric is missing any health at all, the heal will go to him and not someone that needs it. Really just needs to cast on all allies, like the tooltips says it does.
Righteousness - Simply needs to be looked at. There's a huge thread on it, and everyone hates it.
Divine Advantage - Only procs off of three spells: Healing Word, Bastion of Health, Soothing Light. Is this intended? I have a feeling these are the only 3 spells that will proc Healing Action as well (see above).
Enduring Relief - Appears to proc off of any heal, regardless of Divinity being active or not.
Bump, only ones I care about.

Cleanse - Only procs on casts, not on heals. So Healing Word ticks don't proc it. Divine Astral Shield ticks don't proc it. Only on initial cast of healing word, sunburst, probably bastion (thought I don't use it).
Foresight - Same as the above
And not so unexpectedly...
Hallowed Ground - Moontouched heal not procing Cleanse or Foresight
Divine Forgemaster's Flame - Also not procing Cleanse or Foresight
Repurpose Soul - surprise, same deal
They both proc off of astral seal though. I guess its effect counts as an individual heal like casts.
This still hasnt gotten a sticky? I even sent the request via pm to the mod that is advertised as being in charge of this section. No response and no sticky. I wonder if they even exist or its just a dummy name.
Sounds like you are overloading the PWE apprentice who has been tasked with the Cleric. The poor guy must be confused enough as it is, without you lot hitting him with actual facts and details.
Still I have a suggestion to help the guy out. Simple and quick.....change the tool tips to say "this ability may do the following skill....." - job done.
...............vote for your favourite expansion.......... "Mod 6. Oh my f****** god. It gutted the game pure and simple. And what wasn't gutted was messed up by the poorly thought out new level cap and equip. The game never recovered from that atrocity". ..............not this one then.............
So how many of these got fixed? It looks to me like very few, honestly.
Almost none of the stuff listed here got fixed, except one of our T1 sets is getting fixed. Apparently they couldn't bother fixing the sets people care about.

bump
if they are going to nerf AS into the dirt then some of this garbage needs to be fixed to compensate (especially foresight procs)
or maybe we need a new thread? Deistik sounds like he's ready to uninstall

It's because AS doesn't provide healing unless it's cast from divinity mode. Normal=no heal, hence not a "healing" ability.
The night before I was able to get it to proc.. maybe something in yesterday's patch?
It's considered a non-damage ability.
Because like I said it builds divinity and ap.
Anything your healing only abilities proc this also procs, so there's no reason it wouldn't.

You're kidding right?
It makes it NOT useless.
Cycle of change is a flat dmg buff to EVERYTHING, not just encounters, AND it won't get wiped when you use encounters.
That's a good thing lol.

My tooltip says it should take 60 seconds with 3 points...
The skill says it works once every 60 seconds without any investment, and each investment is supposed to reduce the cooldown by 10s per point.
