Got the twilight nightmare, Heavy nightmare, spider, guardian mount, howler, heavy bear, heavy wolf... Was thinking maybe you guys can add some new mounts that only have a chance at dropping when you finish a dungeon?

Is there any mount you can get similar to the Guardian one without paying real money?
I don't mean armored, I mean just a MASSIVE horse compared to the normal tony ones

I have seen one that looks very similar, but it might be one of those horses in the ZEN shop... :(

That sucks, because I just really want a BIG horse. like a charger/destrier opposed to "Oh look at the little pony!"

The mounts are kind of useless in this game. There isn't much to do with them at level 60.

Since when do things need a use to want/have them in games?

Sounds like you do not need another mount..Maybe some sort of wagon to hitch them all to...If you are lucky they will make it cost about 20,000 zen and only you and about 4 other virgins will have one.

Besides going in zones? Getting around faster? Not to mention when gaultygrim (or however that is spelled) comes in and it seems to be a 20v20 zone, probably much bigger too than previous pvp zones.

It's not jealousy at all.... It's just simple logic. Using money earned in real life to buy some pixels to look at (not even useful to your character in any way aside from just 1 of them since they all do the same thing) in an online game that is free to play makes no sense. Imagine instead of blowing that $600 or however much you were to help out a person in real life. Would be much more satisfying and useful than putting a fantasy character on a different horse for a few minutes.

Guys, there is no need for this much flaming. I was just trying to point out that it is easy to obtain most of the "rarest" mounts with our wallets. There should be some mounts that require more difficulty to obtain, so you can be like "Dam, that guy worked hard for that mount". Maybe it make it so that if a group clears a dungeon in certain time they obtain such mount, or maybe really low chance at the of a dungeon.

I agree with this. A nice mount is only as fun as the story behind it honestly..

Clearly you do not understand PWE's business model and practices.

I do, played Forsaken World and STO. I personally love to collect mounts in all the games that I play. And with all these ZEN mounts available I am sure they can give us more mounts that are actually challenging to obtain.

Given the OP's post history, this thread was entirely predictable.
"Participation in PVP-related activities is so low on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis that we could in fact just completely take it out of STO and it would not impact the overall number of people [who] log in to the game and play in any significant way." -Gozer, Cryptic PvP Dev

Are you saying the original poster made this thread not to ask Cryptic about plans for more mounts as he implies, but instead to let the community know exactly how many mounts he's collected, all in the hopes of receiving praise from his peers?

Surely not, that would be somewhat Jersey Shore style. How dare you even imply such an awful thing?

The fact that you, and other like you, are so willing to pay real money for these mounts is not a strong incentive for PWE to release any mounts which you do not have to spend money to obtain. In fact, it's a strong incentive for them to do the opposite, and simply release more mounts via the cash shop.

The Twilight mount was another 200 ;)

Talk about overpaying, my Twilight mount cost a little over a Mil in AD on the AH, actually my Nightmare infrerno cost a few thousand more.

You can pick em up all day long on the AH for that if you keep your eyes open.
