game not loading after maintence

game isn`t loading, stuck in loading screen(protector`s enclave) after choosing char to play with.
good computer,good connection.

    I have same issue, after selecring character game starts loading protectors enclave, gets stuck on load screen

    Same issue here. 3 of my 5 characters can't get into the game.

    Edit: 30mins later my characters can now log in.

    Edit #2: Scratch that. Character which I logged in with earlier, but then relogged, is now stuck again.

    Same issue with my main character. The game is loading fine with the 2 rerolls I almost never play.

    same issue, it will load after 5-10 min but try switch character and you can start over...gonna be awesome to have a crash / bug and have to restart game :(


    update: After having relogged a couple of times it seems to load as fast as normal.

    update: i was wrong, loaded fast when i was in another zone than protectors, in protectors enclave it still load very slow, so dont log out in protectors enclave.

    Same problem here. System config:

    OS: Windows7 Pro 64-bit SP1
    CPU: Intel i7 3930k
    SDD: Vertex II 240GB
    MEM: 8GB DDR3 2000MHz
    GPU: Radeon HD7970
    Anvi@anvifi (Dragon). Devoted Cleric 11k+ GS.

    I can log in with one character but not my main character.

    You've GOT to be kidding me. I haven't been able to play my STO character for several days now because IT TOO is stuck on an infinite loading screen. What the hell are you idiots doing?!?!?!?! How incompetent can one company get? Service of course is unavailable as all tickets get ignored or lost.

    problem seems to be related to protectors enclave, my character not in that zone load fine, those that are have the issue

    It has nothing to do with your computer specs, some characters just randomly can't log in.

    One of my rerolls is in the Protector's Enclave. It is loading fine.

    fix that worked for me when launcher is open go options and turn on launch in safemode. Once in game log out and turn safemode off

    edit ok never mind im <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> once you relog make sure to turn your graphics slider back up. Safemode lowers it all the way and it may stay that way without changing it

    Same here. Funny is that i can log into my another character on this account but on my main i cant.

    same here, cannot load protector's enclave - stuck with loading progress completed, but load screen never goes away

    same issue here, main char stuck at 100% loading protectors enclave, 10min wait does nothing
    2nd char can log in without issues

    Only seems to happen with my characters in the Protector's Enclave. Loading screen sits there with completed progress bar. But after 5-6 minutes I always get in.

    Can't load into protector's enclave after maintenance. The loading screen loads all the way, then it just hangs forever. I'm on Beholder btw. I saw other's on twitch are having this problem. Anyone here having the same problem?

    Having this issue as well. This is really kind of unfortunate for me - all seven of my toons are in Protector's Enclave and none of them can log in.

    I've the same problem; can't load enclave on Dragon. I can play on my other character that is not in the enclave.

    So the problem seems to be related to high texture details. Safe mode loaded fine.
