Feast of the Moon
Reign of Misrule
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]"As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a flame of meaning in the darkness of mere being." --C. G. Jung
The two major festivals in Turmish are the Feast of the Moon also known as the Festival of Lovers. This is because participants are usually married or consumating new marriages with drinking and other celebratory activities, it happens on a night after midsummer. The second festival is Reign of Misrule and it takes place ten days after Higharvestide. During this celebration, that usually only lasts a day, Turmish natives are allowed to break their guilds oaths. You are not allowed to talk about what happens on the day of the Reign. Did a D & D campaign once that took place during the Feast of the Moon, was hired to protect two newly weds from the Cult of Malar it was a good time
