    RMT trumps their beta excuse, sorry.

    When people pay they expect a certain level/quality of service which is starting to slip.

    Its open beta, its what testing servers are used for.

    It's expected to be 2-3 hours. We decided to perform emergency network performance to increase the stability and performance of the game. Things should be much smoother after we're done.
