Warning: UNSAFE to buy Zen

A bunch of us have bought Zen from PWE recently and even after getting emailed a confirmation receipt have gotten no Zen added to our accounts.

    dont buy zen right now until this is fixed

    The first time I bought Zen it took almost 2 days for it to go through. The 2nd time, was about 6 hours, but ever since then it's instantly. The first 2-3 times is where they actually make sure it's not a fraudulent purchase I guess.

    out of curiosity did you add it to your game wallet from your master account? I thought the same thing until i read the directions and then added it to my neverwinter account and viola there it was (purchased zen a couple times and no problem myself)

    There is no history of any transaction, and total Zen = 0 even after PWE has sent email acknowlegding my purchase, therefore no Zen to be moved.

    On top of that, we have had no official acknowledgement of this issues. There has been no compensation for our missing funds, and missing Zen, and no explanation for why our transactions are not even showing up on the website.

    Okay .. so sounds like maybe you guys are missing a step here..

    When you buy Zen from PW.. (because they have a TON of games that use it).. you HAVE to go to "Your account" and "Transfer" the Zen specifically to your Neverwinter account.

    I had the same problem.

    its shows up as 0 zen balance on my master account :/
    but I have emails as proof that my card got charged
