I got to level 60 yesterday and i am clueless now. What should i do, where do i go & how do i progress from here?
Any usefull tips or hints on how to get there aswell?
Run dungeons to get the best gear possible, run foundry missions to have fun, roleplay to have fun, PvP to have fun, level professions to have fun, collect mounts to have fun, collect pets, achievements, collect titles, etc
PvP (farming glory for PvP equipment) and running Epic Dungeons are the two obvious choices. Work your way through the different tiers.
There's also the foundry, as people mentioned, which is actually a really fun past time! (I made a new character to level through the foundry after my CW hit 60.)
Collect diamonds(buy stuff with em) and seals(either normal dungeon runs or collect 40 bounties to exchange) and gear up for epic dungeon which requires... an annoying gearscore of 8300.
PvP for glory gear or companions...
Collect/buy fashion gear.
Create your own foundry missions.
Max out professions.
Visit vendors and check out those purple gears, might as well get some purple level companions.
Sit back and take a long hard look at yourself. Ask "Why did I plow through all the content so quickly? Why didn't I explore areas, read quest storylines, or lore journal entries?"

I honestly don't understand why people rush so fast to the highest lvl. IMO it'll just ruin the game for me if I were to do that. I think that if you take it all a bit slower, you'll have more time to enjoy. Of course slowing to much will result in the opposite.
I dont blame anyone for rushing through to the end. But it is slightly sad that when they do, the brand new game did not focus on high end content due to the fact that most everyone else would be in their 20s and 30s a week or 3 after launch. Less in their 40s and 50s after a month.
Then the people who rush through sit and wait for something to do.
I hate so much the amount of people that come into posts like this and say the typical "Why did you rush" HAMSTER, guys... some people started playing before you, some people might have a ton more play time than you, this guy isn't complaining about lack of anything, he asked what to do since the game doesn't tell you, now you go do "this". This game is retardedly easy to level, chill...
So please, hold on to your panties and let the guy be...
instead I do not understand why people assume that those 60 played in a hurry and without caring about the content. I'm 57 and I read every single line and got every single book, item, thing lore...also spended a LOT of time recruiting ppl for my Guild O_o.
Sit back and take a long hard look at yourself. Ask "why should I pretend to know what others are doing?''
I read every single quest, explored all maps and still got to 60 in 3 days. I don't like people that assume anyone who's 60 skipped content. It's very very VERY easy to hit 60 in Neverwinter, so instead of making assumptions for people that hit 60 "too fast", why don't you make assumptions about people who haven't yet..
I take back the level 60 PvP recommendation. Too many premades and without gear you die in literally two seconds. It's the exact opposite of L10-59 PvP, which felt more even and the time-to-kill was much higher. At 60, it is worse than in other MMOs.
Then the people who rush through sit and wait for something to do.
It took me over 70 hours to get to level 60 on my CW. I did every zone until I hit 60, and just have to finish the last one (where I ran into invisible walls). I listened to every quest voice over and didn't skip. I also did the zone dungeons and skirmishes, if they popped. I didn't rush, I just had less work and played the game -- because I'm having a blast.
I did start another character too that I now use for only dungeons and PvP, since all the new people cause the queues to be really fast.

I'm almost 59 and I haven't rushed at all. I've even taken the time to read most, not all, of the lore items. I've spent a lot of time farming skill nodes. I've spent a lot of time just farming mobs.
I even went 2 days w/o playing in addition to some 12hr days in the office this week.
One thing I don't do in a new game is waste time in town drooling over vendors, or crafting, or chatting. Plenty of time for all that stuff later. I notice a lot of people spend a lot of time in town... and crafting.. is always a time waster in a new game. We don't even know if crafting is going to be useful at all.
Obviously, some folks have more time to play than others... The game is not that hard to level up. I might have put about 20-30 hours on my Control Wizard (live) and I am level 40. This weekend I will have more time to play and may even hit 60.
But there are a lot of folks that just started the game on Tuesday that are done. They had 3 days to play, where most of the Heroes and Guadians had a week - 10 days to play and get their max level.
Keep that in mind. The game just "launched" just 3 days ago...
I leveled to 60 before the OB was open to every one. I read all the lore found all the scryer stones explored all the maps. Not really hard to enjoy the game and level quickly at the same time.

Pretty much that. Foundry scales, so it's always at level.
Epic dungeons get tier gear and run tougher ones. It's quite fun getting some odd group make ups too, was just in one that had no tank. It was three CW, a Rogue and a Cleric. Had a blast, fastest and smoothest run ever.
Also, you don't have to rush to end here to cap quickly. Leveling speed is fast as it is. Just doing world quests gets you there quickly. It reminds me of STO, actually, where there actually seems more to do at cap. You can redo a lot of the stories there too which then scale, if i remember right. you can't really redo world quests here, but foundry is great.

Seriously. Go to school, get an education, or get a job to make some real life cash. OR, volunteer to help the homeless. Jumping into an MMO forum to complain about nothing to do at max level one week into a release.

Some folks have been playing for a week, if I can level to 32 in a day taking in all the content the game throws at me, 60 is just around the corner; levelling is far too quick in neverwinter. As for your acting like a sanctimonious prick, can’t offer any help.
Seriously. Go to school, get an education, or get a job to make some real life cash. OR, volunteer to help the homeless. Jumping into an MMO forum to complain about nothing to do at max level one week into a release.
Tasteless.
Quit whining.. Sounds like you need to go do some volunteer work... you come off like your displacing your own rage and grief... volunteer work can do wonders for stuff like that.. Go help some people that would be thrilled to just have a roof over their head, let alone a computer, internet service and a game like this.

I didn't get the impression at all that the guy was complaining. He just asked for advice on what to do. And this is how the community treats him. Pretty sad.

If you can't recognise a troll attempt, you probably don't visit many MMO forums

I just hit 60 today. Took my sweet time doing it as well. Did a lot of foundry stuff on the way, and will keep doing it now that I'm 60. I love some of those stories.
I bought some purple set along with weapon and rope for my GWF, costing maybe a total of some 70k AD or less. You might want to see if there is one for your class as well. Made me a whole lot stronger very cheap, got to around 9k gear score by spending a couple of days worth of AD. Getting good enchants is another thing entirely.
In any case, there seems to be a LOT to do once you hit 60. The letter you get in mailbox details some of it and checking your available dailys reveals more. The queue options also got a lot bigger, there's all kinds of stuff to queue for now. I guess you do what you enjoy at 60, start another char or quit. That's how it's always been for me with MMOs. In this case, there's also the possibility of learning to use the foundry. In any case, have fun.
Sorry about not being able to make a challenging NW default dungeon type raid since we can't put "real" bosses in foundry missions... but other than that foundry stuff will only get better - I've played a few that had good concepts - shaky middles - but a lot of good effort went into them. Plus I imagine once the release blues are over and Cryptic gets caught up there should be more content being slid down the pipe. I also hope Cryptic goes back and makes all dungeons level like foundry missions. My TR solo'd the first dungeon at level 18/19.
