Any chance of adding a new server today with the maintenance? ;)

I've been in queue since 6:01am my time. I'd been playing for a few hours before, but my power blinked. Now it's 7:45am, and I'm still behind 600 other people.

The game is pretty fun though. I am enjoying the story.... the queue breaks immersion though... >.>

    Same here maho4200.

I was hoping to get in a little playtime before getting my day started, but I am in a ridiculous queue that says 7740. From my experience last night this is hours to wait. Oh well, maybe later. :p

It's just like the bad old days, when queuing was the norm. Back then you'd begin the log in process, then go have dinner, or clean the house, or take a shower. ;) I think it's a good sign, it means that people love this game, and it will stick around for a while.

Popular game is popular, folks cry when there is too many people folks cry when there isn't enough.

The operative word there is cry.

That wasn't my experience last night. It ended up being at least a 1 1/2 to a 2 hour wait for me. And as for now, it has been going on 20 minutes and it is still at 7085. Doubt I will be in the game within 45 minutes.

or its fabricated to milk as many suckers into buying the HoTN founder pack as they can before they stop selling them. I'd be willing to bet this queue stuff stops on the 7th, and they "add servers" right around that time. Just my opinion, but why would you design a game with the theory that you would have queues, instead of just initially putting up more servers, and only offer a VIP access to skip the queues to a person willing to spend 200$. Just seems fishy to me, and i think Perfect World is a scumbag company that is toxic to the "f2p" model.

It's not minimal population time, it's EU prime time right now.

I logged into each of my 5 characters this morning, timed it each time. Every 2000 people in the queue was about 15 minutes. Started at only 2000 for my first character, got in in ~15 minutes, eventually went up to 6000 for my 5th character and that took 42 minutes.

This is the time day of day (at the end of it now) most games perform maintenance. I have a feeling they know when their minimal population time is.

Excuse me Mr. Tin foil, Last night on dragon 35 instances of protectors enclave all packed...it looked like Times square at rush hour.

It aint fabricated. Also when the population settles out they will be merging the three into one just like STO and CO that has been the plan since inception.

Game is fun BUT this que issue is something really borked and needs to be fixed TODAY. I also don't think 3 shards is enough not when we are having que times in the 2-3 hours at 6am in the morning.

Has nothing to do with minimal population, they start maintenance at this time because it's the start of the work day in the US and if anything goes wrong they have all day to fix it. It's currently like 3-9pm in Europe, and this game is global. About 5 hours ago the queues were a lot shorter.

They must assume the game will crash and many many people will not play it. That is the ONLY reason they would plan on merging the initial 3 servers. Perhaps this game will be really good and keep a ton of players, short-sighted companies lose money not make money.

You should of put they start maintenance at this time because it's the start of the work day on the WEST COAST (not the US) as much of the US has already gone to work and started their day before the West Coast people even get up out of bed.

The queue is not good, certainly for those like me who tend to play when I can snatch an hour or so when we can. I have played and subscribed to one MMO for over 6 years and also pay for a couple of others. What is going to make me stay here and spend cash when I can't even get to play? How about an item that you buy that gets you to jump the queue? Just like Disney.

Actually most people start work between 6 and 9 am, and currently it's 6am PST and 9am EST, so saying this is start of the work day in the US is pretty accurate.

Yet you should NOT have to buy anything to jump ques as there should not be ques this big. Even when playing WoW on the most populated servers you only have to wait 10-15 minutes max to get in. Here it is 2-3 hours and that is at 6am in the morning.

No gotta admit been in Q over 1 and half now, and I hope this isn't gonna be the way when it's launched
Can except it for a BETA , kinda........... but this would cost many players and lots of $$
and I'm sure has already cost them some players at this point

however when u do gte on this has turned out to be a great game, if your not just going to race to top level, there is a ton of content, and Have really enjoyed it.............up til the open BETA and the Q times :-(
