My @handle ingame has nothing to do with my forum name (Soulwarrior78). Then again I migrated my account from Cryptic's old system, so maybe that's why I have a different forum name than my ingame @handle.

Why don't you answer his question?
I do not know if he is someone who crossed over from cryptic if he is new to pwe then it will be his forum name.
Had he come over from cryptic he would have already known this information.

. . . . .If your @handle and display name differ, there are a couple ways to see your @handle. Go here (or CO's account management), the name shown where it says "Hello, <name>." is your @handle. Also, your name displayed up on the top bar of the launcher after logging into the launcher, is your @handle. Once in game, just hover your mouse (in Alt-Look mode) over your status bar and your @handle will be displayed to you. If you have @handles turned on in chat settings, you'll see your @handle displayed when you chat.
. . . . .Also, in CO's and STO's Main Menu for the Account, you can have the system try and change your @handle to match your forum display name. If someone else already has your display name as an @handle, you'll get returned with an error and be unable to sync your @handle until the other person syncs theirs with their display name and frees it up for you.

Once in game, just hover your mouse (in Alt-Look mode) over your status bar and your @handle will be displayed to you.
. . . . .This has changed slightly since last BW4, you have to right-click your status bar now, to see your @handle. You can also see it within the Social window in game as well as in the Guild List screen, if you're a member of a Guild. Right-clicking on names in chat will also display that user's @handle, as well as pressing F to interact with a player's avatar in game, when your target reticule is on them.

What if you are blocking your own handle?
Some reason The Hello, XXXXX is different than this forum name which was my old STO handle.

Does anyone know how to CHANGE their @handle / forum name? I made this account quite quickly a while back to sign up for some beta (Torchlight 2 maybe) and rushed through the process. Now I find myself with the undesireable @handle of @forumralcore, which kinda sucks, lol.
Maybe I'm stuck with it, and if so I'll live; that said, I'd really love to change it :-)

In cases like this, always contact customer service first. They're the ones who can make changes like this.
