  I haven't found a 2013 record I love yet. The new My Bloody Valentine was kinda "meh" for me, the new Bowie was fine, but his sound is getting a little rusty, I liked the new Big Boi, but not enough to tout it a whole lot. New Nick Cave and new Mogwai, were disappointing this year I thought.
  
  I had a lot of favorite albums from 2012 (which was just an excellent year in music). Hard for me to pick just one record from 2012, but I'll highlight this one, because the video is cool:

  Yeah! I love Gorillaz!! They have diversity in their albums something I dont often find! Its sad that they split though... James Mercer is a genius!! You are one of the few people who i know have heard Bonobo!

  I try to listen to abstract music while working on foundry - or instrumental, no lyrics. It keeps my ideas flowing without interrupting them.

  My tastes in music vary greatly. I'm not really sure how to describe it other than by saying I'm pretty eclectic.
