Let's be honest, so much information has been released about Neverwinter Online in the past 60 days. Probably more than in the past two years combined. However, questions definitely still remain. The scribe in me wants to know what's left here unanswered...
So here's an idea. Let's imagine you just met Andy Velasquez at a local computer show. You've shaken hands and he states he has time for you to ask a single question about Neverwinter before he needs to get going. You stated you've been on the forums for a awhile and are really looking forward to the game, but you have one reservation, or one simple question you haven't found an answer to on the forums, or maybe even to question the possibility to add one wish for the future Cryptic development team.
Andy, where do people in Neverwinter go to bath themselves?
Also are they able to sit on chairs like proper human beings or have some issues like blisters on the backside?
1. My question to you Mr. Andy Velasquez is why haven't we not been shown anything about PvP or Crafting and what are your plans for these two common features found in MMOs today?

(I am very serious when asking it)
OMG.. to be a fly in Old Sully's Grog during that... conversation! LOL!!
Real nice questions already.. dang. Keep em coming, please...
Also, don't feel its not valuable to post if you see your question/concern/wish posted already. I'd like to get a feel for how many folks feel the same.

You nailed it!

OMG! Can that be the reason people can't sit on chairs? Because you nailed them? Bloody backsides....

Andy, Andy, Andy... How much money do you want in return for a one-of-a-kind mount? I've got several thousand pounds saved up and no obligations other than rent. I'm serious.
How about Cryptics official policy on reskinning i.e. will we see reskinned mounts and pets from founders packs?
How will one be able to become a tester of foundry material?

*sniffs* Me want ranger

Alright, I've come up with a more serious one.
Well, my former one was serious, but not sensible...
This one is both serious and sensible.
Will any Foundry features be premium? So, "You can import voicework and unique character models, you can have cutscenes and so on, but those advanced features will incur an additional fee."
That would be my question. I'd also like to ask whether or not they have any Dota2-esque plans to monetize extremely good content in collaboration with standout authors.

I'd ask "Why did you choose to make a D&D-themed MMO instead of a D&D MMO when DDO proves it can work?"
During my next podcast, I may be dipping into some of the questions here. Questions here are excellent, of course some made me laugh.. keep it up ya'll!
Have there been any significant changes to the game and/or gameplay that have been made solely based on forum community expectations, and if so, what were those major changes (it used to be "this", then we changed it to "this").
I just want to see how far they are going out of their way to please their target audience and if we've actually been considered during the dev process (note that this is after the PWE publisher thing happened).
1) What's appearance customization going to be like? Is it going to be on par with other Cryptic games? What about armor customization in particular? Visible armor has not been a requirement in other Cryptic games before so I'm concerned that our options will be considerably more limited, which will be detrimental to my continued interest in the game.
2) What sort of tactical rules and options (such as lighting, visibility and range modifiers, etc.) will be in effect?
3) What sort of ability customization options will we have? How will different members of the same class will be able to set themselves appart from eachother and how noticeable these differences will be?
4) When are we going to see a Charisma-based arcane class (Warlocks, Bards)?
5) When are we going to see more classes?
6) How much can we be expected to pay for new races or classes from the store?
7) Did I mention appearance customization of armors?
1. My question to you Mr. Andy Velasquez is why haven't we not been shown anything about PvP or Crafting and what are your plans for these two common features found in MMOs today?
If other Crytpic titles are any indication (and its a safe bet that they are since its the same devs working on this) I wouldn't get my hopes up about PvP. Cryptic has historically not been very good on PvP features or supportive of the playstyle.
Crafting in CO at least also sucks. I haven't delved on it in STO (or even played it very much) so I don't know about that, though.
When can we expect to see a archery-type dps class (i.e. rangers)?
How will you approach the PvP demand of over half the gaming community? Will it be simply a fish-bowl arena system forcing small teams to fight in an even smaller environment, or will you be creating an environment more appealing to those of us who prefer open-world style combat? Also can we expect to see an open-PK PvPvE environment in regular gameplay, or will we be forced into a simple PvE system?
Different rule sets and different lore so would not be a clone.
Or you could say were just getting another action mmo I.e. a clone.
I agree. I would have loved to see them follow the original rules more closely rather than make up their own. My biggest hope in a D&D title is for a 3D, fully digitalized D&D simulator that mimics the system and retains its spirit as much as possible while adapting it to an action game (like the original NWN did).

I'd probably ask him if he's participated in developing other MMOs. (which ones and what he learned from those experiences that will make this a better game....or something like that.)
((His name is so freaking familiar to me--from a past gaming experience--but I can't figure out why.....))

It seems likely Neverwinter will have countless authors creating new and interesting content trough out the entire life of the game. This would likely remove the need to keep players interested by constantly publish new content, or come up with grinding mechanics to get players to constantly run a quest over and over again, like almost all MMORPG's.
So my question is... What do you wish for the future of Neverwinter now that you don't have to come up with grinding gimmicks, and most likely will not have to scramble to release new content as quickly as your budget will allow? To simplify the question, what will Neverwinter be a couple years from now if you have your way?
Da kitties don't speak for me, deez kitties speak fur us all!

I'll Keep this up till beta goes live. I'll improve it soon.

Can we have a bit more information on crafting other than it's like Rague. (its in there)
Is there direct trading possible between players or does it have to go through the auction house/ marketplace?
How does partying up work especially across different instances?

What is Cryptic vision for this game two years from now?

Because there already is one of those; why make another?
An action MMO has a shot at being unique; a clone would just forever be behind in the content curve due to the 7 year head start.

Are you single? Cuz you're cute.
Follow up:
How long after we start dating do I get access to friends and family alpha?
That's it? Can I amend at least to "Yo Squez... Is it any good?":D
