I collected crafted items from my workshop, but I cannot sell any of them. They are all identical to before the updates, list that they can be sold, but double clicking on them in the store does nothing. I can sell other items that I had in my inventory before the update. I have tried every vendor in PE and the Stronghold map with two different characters in two different guilds. Neither one can sell any newly crafted items. The items crafter were leather visors for one character and leather grimoires for the other.
Update: After playing around with the vendor and the interface, I was able to sell them by dragging each item individually to the sell tab. It is only crafted items that I have to do this with.
I reported this bug on the Official Bug thread earlier today... The problem is even though the Sell window is up, when you double click to sell, I think it is trying to equip the item so it fails.
The work-a-round I discovered is to only craft items that can be equipped by your class or Rings from Jewelry (which can be equipped by all classes)... i.e. I generally make Leather Visors to sell for gold, but now only do that on Rogue or Ranger, and on all other classes I just make Copper Rings from Jewelry.
I doubt this will rank very high on the "Issues List", so hopefully this work-a-round will help out other Crafters...
I cannot send an account bound item via mailbox. Even if it is addressed to myself, the message appears that I can only drop the item there if it is addressed to myself.
Equipping/unequipping a Wondorours Dragon means you can't switch loadout. 1. Put a Wondourous Dragon the same belt slot on 2 loadouts 2. Check you can switch loadouts 3. Replace the Wondorous Dragon with Neverwinter Hawk 4. Try to switch loadouts and it says item is on cooldown 5. Try to put back the Hawk and it says item is on cooldown
Also, it you are just switching loadouts it doesn't say what item is on cooldown. The patch notes said it would give a better indicator as to the problem.
Not sure if it was reported anywhere - but looks like the new companion power "Sense through the shadowfell" isn't working properly. I have this power slotted and I ran 3 quests that gave 10 war commendations each. The campaign progress is showing a total of 30 - but I expected it to be 33 due to the 10% currency bonus.

My impression is that those problems occur if gear/items are not compatible with your class but for others ('red' ones) ...

When the combat enchantment "Poison Thorn" is equipped, classes with Immunityframes after sprinting or shadowslipping, are getting random 0 damage floaters. Basically saying the enemy dodges the attack.
Well being unable to trade in enchantments under rank 10 is a bit disingenuous for those of us stuck with rank 9 or under. All my characters are now pretty much toast. I won't be spending any rl cash to build them up. So you have just lost another player.
Zen store still has Holy Vorpal, Flower Barkshield (through the Expedition Pack of Fairy Finds pack), and Loamweave (through the Moon Elf Race Pack) enchantments for sale.

1. Enchantment returned by mail (because of mod 22 changes) does not stack. It is especially annoying for those which is lower than r10. 2. Some insignia is also returned in the same mail and I don't know (or can't imagine) what triggered that behaviour.

Transferring to a different map while on the affected loadout fixes this. Using the item on that belt slot and triggering its actual cooldown, then waiting for it to finish, also fixes it.

It ranks VERY high on crafters list =( esp during 2x profession.. last time they did a mod like this during 2x thy just ended 2x.. this time.. they made it impossible (well) to sell.. I'm unable to craft about 3000 in gold a day for 3 days now.. Just another #$ to the vets.
As you can see in the video, I had 47 preservation wards to protect the glyph slot, and then suddenly they were all gone on the next page and I lost my glyph thinking they were still protected as I had more than enough.
This is misleading, and counteracts the "protect" option in the game settings.
I've found out I cannot exchange my rank 14 Heart of Fire enchantment for medallions since the npc's won't recognice it as it would with another enchant. I reported it and this is the response I got:

While the new area (Dragonbone Vale) is beautiful, there are way too many restrictions/invisible walls on areas that make no sense to have them. It is an absolute pain to scale simple boulders as the character is sent sliding backwards by some invisible force. This is all across the zone, as if some person decided to spread vasaline across the entire mountainside. It makes exploring the area, and viewing it from gorgeous vistas, a nightmare. I understand borders need to be put in place on the world edges, but we're talking about literal areas well within the playable map. Please consider your adventurous playerbase.

I've found out I cannot exchange my rank 14 Heart of Fire enchantment for medallions...
Most likely, all players have one on each of their alts. In my case, that makes 12 of them. 12x however many medallions an r14 goes for.

This was know for a VERY long time but on the subject of RL money, good news! You don't need to.
- Go to the Sages Shop (Bradda the Sage) - Buy R1 enchants you need for 100-250k AD each, depending on enchantment. - Each is the equivalent of 1.5x a R15 enchant.
You'll need to manually move them between characters but it's only a time inconvenience, there's no cost to do so.
Even though it was reported multiple times on preview, artifact modifications on ALL existing weapons have been reset. You either fix this or you owe people a TON of Cubes of Augmentation.

I was going to report an issue involving barbarians getting random dodges/0 dmg effects. But this post seems more accurate. To be clear, was running the Poison Thorn enchantment, was getting random 0 dmg hits(not reduced to 0, base 0), was not actually sprinting at the time, but can sprint. Please take a good long look at this problem(and maybe consider adding some combined ratings to combat enchantments as well, 5k il with no cr is too much).
Here is my issues with this change on enchants, First off been playing for 10 years or close to 10 years and spent money with this company of course over that time period, now my major complaints is first off you dont try to pawn off greens and blue enchants for legendary enchants that we worked years on, secondly you nerfed all enchants what within the past 1 to 2 years i know that for a fact and then you do this because......
why people was complaining about the enchants not giving enough stats and or item level when the stats was up there fairly high before you guys nerfed everything, now on top of that you made everyone mad by doing this change so they are stressed out trying to figure out what to buy with the points you just given them for their legendary stuff and they see you are giving them greens and blues but there is also a epic box there and if they go to buy that after buying 1 or 2 legendary boxes to replace their weapon and armor enchant well they just wasted those points and cant get enchants because you failed the customer by not giving 1 to 1 ratio and worth value of said enchants...............
So its like being lied to and a big slap in the face for all of those who worked for years to make those legendary enchants for you to turn around and try to pawn off greens and blues and more so with the points you are giving everyone which doesnt even give you enough points to replace everything like you had it the way before, this is what i would consider a scam or white lie or both.
Now I Have said my peace if you or your company wish to make it right do the right thing and put a stop to this now or fix the problems customers are running in to with these silly changes that didnt need to happen the way it did.

Your multiple legendary enchantments are not as good as one new green/blue though. Is the color more important than the substance? Would you feel better if the new green/blue are (say) pink and red instead?

Same problem about the new refinement system. Opened a ticket after wasting 3 stacks of 99 preservation wards because in every attempt I've lost 3 preservations (while it is stated that the preservation will be consumed only if the item is chosen during fail). Now I have an rare ench with 99/150 attempts... That's like 5kk Astral Diamonds currently. Refound them.
It was already reported but you didn't mention it on the official known bugs note.
Another bug is about the dragons, tried to slot one and use it, couldn't activate it (rare dragon), unslotted for hawk and now I cannot reslot it anymore. "You cannot unequip an item that is on cooldown". After some time I can re do it and replay the bug again.

I had a big long post about this earlier which mysteriously disappeared.
Basically, the exchange is only "equivalent" for r15s (one token per 10 item level, both selling and buying.) Anyone who had lower level enchants got majorly hosed by this change.
Uhhh, i tried to look through here for this issue, don't think i saw it, so, here it is.
Mythic Insignias I had equipped prior to the update no longer stack at all, some where account bound some where not, now none of them stack period, and cannot double click from the the shared bank to send them to inventory or even drag/drop, have to right click on them each and withdraw.
I have queued into the top random dungeon about 10 times so far and I accept, then the time runs out and it says I didn't accept and I have been removed from the queue. I'm not exaggerating or anything, not once have I entered one out of at least 10 so far. It says I accepted then the countdown goes to zero and I get that message. Any ideas?

What I am concerned with is that when you craft items in your workshop, you can't double click to sell to a vendor, you have to drag and drop them.
