Changing encounter powers now imposes a 10 sec cooldown. Is this intentional? This also happens when outside of combat.

There is no music in the area where you fight Zariel. If there's a way to survive Flames of the Fallen, it's not clearly indicated. Noticed no cues, but had plenty of scrolls to carry on.
Bloom intensity in Bleeding Citadel is... heavy. Have to turn it off to make some areas not totally white.

Just got to the area myself, you need to travel down the ramp and to the front of the Citadel...there is a circle area outside with a teleporter of sorts that leads to the giant Gazebo in the Scab area.
I think a lot of the closed doors and flesh covered stuff will be revealed/removed as we get more episodes in M19. There is a Hunt Master and Celestial Forge that we can't access yet, not to mention the Mount Celestia Message board next to Zariel.

1- can't check EDIT: when doing the weekly, these chests are still auto emptying into inventory. Have not tested on other maps to see if this is limited to this place.
2- fixed for outside of combat. Still happens inside. When testing in combat with a freshly swapped power, I had a red message saying I can't change powers on cooldown, but no cooldown was visible on the icon.

6- Dead angels are still floating around near the citadel : above a mounted char at (1302, 1766), way the hell up high at (500,1411)
7- that issue with the quest where you go back to vallenhas is now working fine, the npc is there and the tomb is now back on the map to interact with
8- if you go to point (1047, -904) on the map when inside the citadel (up on the balcony behind zariel), you can flip the appearance or lighting origin/direction by just looking around. This used to happen in a slightly different spot prior to the most recent update. It's just a thin slice; it's ok when aiming camera to the left, wrong on the center, and ok to the right. 9- river up north is fixed and looking nice
10- some tire textures are still missing, but the big piles have been fixed
11- I stumbled upon a shiny spot and could interact. It brought up a chest, as though I had a treasure map (I didn't). Not sure if intentional.
13- lamuel the devout talks over himself... or someone else is talking. Actually, a lot of impolite people talking over each other.
14- when going in and out of the citadel, there's a slight delay for the lighting to adjust. It kinda shifts without a progression. If you wait a bit inside and outside (like 8 secs) before moving in and out, you can see it. If you go in and out quickly, it's not consistent. The 10 second CD for changing powers is something that for some reason only shows up in preview, but never has made it to live since at least M17 preview.
If I remember correctly, Flames of the Fallen for the Zariel fight, you need to use the Sword of Zariel power (F) to shield yourself from it, Lulu tells you this the first time Zariel uses the power.
The CD for changing powers outside of a campfire or portable altar has existed in the game since Beta. Once your VIP is high enough to invoke anywhere, the game treats as always having the no CD benefit as well. Of course there isn't VIP on Preview.

BUG: you can go under a platform at location 3344, 1373.
BUG: in the dialogue for the quest Fragment of Hope, Asmodeus talks all over himself, i.e. the dialogue progresses long before the audio has finished.
BUG: when you rescue clerics at Haruman's Hill they sometimes say, "My faith had waivered." Wrong spelling -- it should be "wavered".
BUG: devils in Haruman's Hill will sometimes yell, "For the Nashers!"
FEEDBACK: There's a bar at the Emporium and I can't buy Ale? Why? I can't even talk to the bartender? If anyone there has stories to swap it's the bartender!"
Fort Knucklebone, the way it's laid out, doesn't make any sense. It's supposed to house a gang but where are the gang members? There are zero Knucklebone gang members out and about, only unaffiliated devils.
I like the new tents at the Emporium and how we can explore more of it. Now it needs lore and more NPC dialogue!
Even has stitching and retaining straps on top. Impressive level of detail.
(what you see is accurate -- Kirstryn is 50% redcap, 50% dwarf, 100% HAMSTER).
