Since the arrival of Mod 18, yes we got a whole 10 point magnitude increase; I'll wait til the cheering stops... but seriously when are we going to get at-wills comparable to other classes? If we received a 10% decrease to cool downs, and an action point gain increase, (say gain 1% AP per second while in combat), would that help? As of now, the Avernus mobs are in my face before the second at-will cast, and puny dot damage won't save me from taking big hits, stuns, or spears to the head. My main frustration, while I contemplate the more than 100+ Tower keys I'll never use; is that Devs. treat buff stacking like cheating, (remember insane cleric super buffs?) so the one thing that would actually solve the disparity is ruled inadmissible, because other classes overpowered themselves. Also, If they really want to see Warlocks in TOMM, enable Templocks to cleanse revive sickness.
