8 is not true. I have gotten Epic crafters. They are very very rare but they do apply.

When crafting Fang Necklaces, the artisan ability of DabHand does not work. My artisan has a 20% chance and out of hundreds of tries, it did proc.

#14 - I thought I was the only who noticed that. I felt so slow at epic speed... I noticed it for weeks now...

Dab hand only procs on materials, not finished products. So you could, say, get double "Brilliant Beads" from that recipe, but you cannot get double "Beaded necklaces" from Dab Hand. That's why most guides recommend using a crafter with Dab Hand for making the "parts" of an item and a crafter with Recycle for the final product.

It's "Working as Intended", just the effects of Dab Hand are poorly explained by the tooltip (Surprise, surprise).

11 is untrue, the artifact gives 6~7 AP per second after activation in time with the pulses from the mini dragon. There IS a bug with it however, the dragon projection can take damage and be destroyed, if it is the buff stops.

So you're saying there's a different bug than previously reported. Ok.

some of us are not getting mw3 recipes even after we've completed the steps to have them. I don't have armorsmith. i've gotten absolutely no feedback from anyone other than to post here and dead silence when did post here. others have definitely experienced this as well.

it goes both ways. for a long time my cw who didn't have a leg mount moved as fast as my leg mount with guild boon speed bonus. it was weird. I didn't even have the guild speed bonus on it.

Not true. They're rare, but they apply.

    a) Also, common/rare/epic classifications have no apparent relation to an artisan's stats or general value

Not entirely true. The "special abilities" are greatly overvalued compared to their actual worth, but a blue or purple crafter will almost always be much better than a white one.... at specialised or difficult tasks. But you're right, it's generally a waste of money to pay Michaelangelo to produce Thomas Kincaid.

    11) Envenomed Storyteller's Journal does not provide AP gain (soon to be eliminated anyway) as advertised

Uh, it appears to work perfectly? 62 AP/s for 15s, meaning 6.2%/s = ~93% over 15s. What are you seeing, because mine works fine.

    17) Professions auto-repeat bug that kept filling the box ad infinitum

That was not a "bug" and the box was not filling infinitely. That was all the prof jobs that finished while you were offline completing, and delivering their results to the box, and continuing to resolve and deliver as long as there was box space.

There could have been hundreds of those, especially if you had multiple ~5min tasks and left for 12 hours or so, but it was a *good thing* that you could collect the results of all those hours of work.

(And if you didn't want to collect it all, you just let the box fill once and poof, all the remaining jobs said "well, I was supposed to finish another 300 times but the box is full so I'm on hold" and the flow of goods stopped.)

Anyway. That was intended behaviour, that they then decided to change because the original design had consequences they didn't like in practice.

One thing that seems a poor design, us that when the box fills, the stalled tasks disappear from the queue. They are still there, in limbo. You can't cancel them, meaning that the task will automatically start as soon as you clear the box. Since gold isn't refunded from a canceled task, it is annoying that we are unable to stop them from starting.

Not exactly a bug either, but it would be good if an additional button was added to the task queue. There should be a way to tell the artisan to stop after the current task is complete.

.....and the thread gets moved to bug reports when in fact it's meant to be a discussion about the advisability of attempting all the changes in mod 16 based on what we've seen of the dev team's abilities so far.

I would say better to be just moved to the bug report section than to be moved to the lower depths. At least here it can still be seen, and commented on.

How about the task cancelling when the box is full but doesn't resume when emptied before set number of attempts are done.

When I check the forums for my in-depth sweep I check Bug Reports first so if the goal was to bring more attention to the bugs, then this is the best place. If the purpose of this post was to provide non-constructive feedback bordering on dev bashing, then it would not be appropriate for the forums in the first place.
I genuinely don't see how pointing out a long list of problems that should have been either prevented or easily fixed is non-constructive. Nor is it dev-bashing to simply point out that they should have been prevented or easily fixed, and certainly not ignored for months at a time.

    Constructive doesn't mean cheerleading.

How exactly is saying that they need training wheels constructive, exactly?
