Least played Class / Character in the game ?

archanf3larchanf3l Member Posts: 11 Arc User
I'm looking forward to create a new character after 2 years of being an Outbound Paladin. I tried to create Cleric yet, I often see them anywhere in the map.

My question is, what do you think guys is the least played class/character in the game that the community needed ? Any thoughts?

Clerics are good if you want to get into random dungeons fast. Their is always a big shortage of good dc's , but find a class you like to play.

If you want a hack and slash experience go for gwf .
if more strategic CW (warning you will need to read sharpedge guide a few times :) ).
SW or HR if you like to be able to switch between good dps and buffer using loadouts.
TR. i can't speak for much since my tr's are still not great but they can be good dps and gives you a shdy feel when you atack from invis.
GF is a very good dps/buffer but since you are used to op it might be a bit weird .. completely different tanking from op style. also to me at least very hard to master.

There are more than BIS players in this game
RIP Real Tiamat, RIP Real Demogorgon RIP real Temple of the spider. Why remove non bis content to give to bis players ????
FORCING the majority of your player base to play 4 mod old dungeons and trial will have a bad result on player base
Changes are getting so bad i would rather prefer no new changes (RIP ICE FISHING in winter fest)

I think the least played class is the SW. It is under powered and is ripe for fixing.

Devotion paladins since the time they were dropped back in mod 6. Oh you also said NEEDED...*sighs*...Nevermind! My recommendation would echo what the others have posted here. GF and DC as support classes as everyone knows support classes tend not to have to wait long for queues to pop. There are DPS classes with paragon paths that aren't as played but like I mentioned above with the Devo paladins, they aren't needed but are at best nice-to-haves and at worse, they're suffering from broken or little used mechanics that don't offer much when compared with other paragon path/feat trees within that class. To echo an earlier post, play the class you'll have the most fun with and play to the best of your ability.

    I agree with you all.

How bout Hunter Ranger and Trickster Rogue ? It's rare that I see them in High Level dungeons or even end game maps

what ilevl is your op? if I were you I'd just absolutely trick out your op to as high an ilvel as possible and not worry about another class. the power sharing op is one of the most desired classes at the moment and it is indeed under represented.

I'd agree with this. Prot OP is always in demand.

SWs are supposed to be buffed up with Mod 13, so that would be a good class to experiment with.

If you want a challenging class that requires more nuance - then go CW or TR - both require more situational powers and class features that need to be switched out frequently depending on what you are doing. Sab TRs in particular are rare in end game material, from what I've seen.
