Xbox One X for NW

Hey all,

1. Will Neverwinter be on Xbox One X? When?
2. If Neverwinter is supported for Xbox One X, will my profile/characters/ect. on Xbox One be transfered to Xbox One X?

    Here's the last official response about XBOX One X, back in June. There's been no further release of information since.

    Xbox One X is very similar to Xbox One or Xbox One S as a platform. It has a better hardware which allows it support 4K graphics with HDR. But the games have to be updated to provide that higher resolution, otherwise it will be simply upscaled the same way it works today with a 4K TVs. So nothing will change for the players until the game is updated some day in the future, except, perhaps, less lag in some rendering-heavy scenarios.

    It will not be a new platform as Xbox One was to Xbox 360, so no need to worry about that.

    Neverwinter mod 13 with full 4k support so you can see those ninja nerfs with crystal clear clarity

    You can play the same game. It's just as if you would upgrade a PC. All the same games work and they use the same servers.

    I don't see why we couldn't have same kind of graphic settings on Xbox as there is on PC. If you own the more powerful hardware you could play on max settings and if you own the not so powerful console you use the lower graphic settings.
