  This is depressing, i need ma neverwinter daily fix lol.
  Havent they learnt fron the last 4 years running the game, not having a go but its patch tuesday every tuesday, shurely they have figured out how to roll out updates within the original timeframe.
  
  Figure out the problems updating the pc version as thats what comes out first then we should have a nice smooth maintenance on the consoles.
  
  Hope they sort it out soon and thanks cryptic / pwe cant wait to try loadouts

  Console is different. There's a 3rd party to go through (Sony/Microsoft) and sadly, Microsoft takes longer to get things published through to the game than Sony. With PC, there is no 3rd party, just Cryptic (1st) and PWE (2nd).

  Has no bearing when unforeseen things happen. All this would do is create the same complaints when things are extended. I.E. If things were started early and set to complete at 7am, when it got extended to 9am, people would complain anyway. Starting early just because there "might" be an an unforeseen issue would do not good. People will complaint no matter what when things do go as planned, that's the nature of humanity. Then if they started 2 hours early and left the end time the same, people would complain that the maintenance timeframe is too long. It's a no win scenario.

  Ok thanks for explaining the update process zebular, ive already got the 4.3gb update just waiting on servers coming back online

  No problem. As the maintenance is complete on PS4, I do believe all we're waiting for is Microsoft to accept the login fix for XBOX.

  Update4: Word as of right now is that we're still waiting word on the fix for XBOX from Microsoft. Possibility of another extension. Stay tuned. Thanks for your patience!
