Arc Scheduled Downtime & Shard Maintenance [10/19] - [COMPLETE]

We will be performing shard maintenance on October 19th from 5:00am to 12:00pm Pacific (12:00-19:00 UTC).

Arc Scheduled Downtime 10/19/16
Arc will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance at 5AM Pacific on 10/19/2016. The maintenance will be for approximately 7 hours. Our engineers will be performing server updates and upgrades during which some web services and games may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. If additional time is needed, we will provide up-to-date information through our social channels, this news page and Arc client emergency message system.

    The patch notes are typically posted the morning of the patch.

    So it's an ARC thing, and not specific to Neverwinter.

    I think it must have popped up on the launcher prior to any info being available, thus the couple of asks.

    It's annoying when the launcher says "check the forums" and there's nothing about it on the forums.

    But yes, no patching, thus no patch notes. If there's no patch for NW on Thursday, maybe they'll skip the normal maintenance. Elsewise, they'll be catching flak for the servers being down two days running. :|

    Nah, they know we'll all still be too busy responding to this 'little' announcement about the chest key 'bug' getting fixed to even notice that the servers have been missing for a couple of days >:)

    Maybe they're dealing with the lag issues that have been around since prior to the last server maintenance.

    So what is the truth ? On here it states it is off line for 7 hours, however on the actual arc app it states only 5 hours. Which one do I follow ?

    ARC App is showing 7 hours for me. Are you sure you're not seeing the start time of "5am" and misreading that for 5 hours?

    @ruffneck: Time's not up... Arc doesn't get the time right. From 5am to 12pm is 7 hours, however in the UTC it says 5hours. So the patch will have to wait until 19pm UTC not 17pm. I saw this a while ago and was wondering... xD

    so essentially i am not going to get on today or get my keys or daily's done or anything ................. lovely

    well if it finally fixes the issues it will be worth it but i Highly doubt it will fix the issues with Spring lag Lunge lag rubber banding or SH DF issues....

    its no where near Christmas or the time for miracles

    Hehe, thanks... That was my intention, I guess a lot rage right now. I mainly orient on the UTC being european, so I was kinda confused when it was "time" until I noticed two hours are missing.

    So after 1 hour and more the same issues remain

    Exactly what update/upgrades did they do to the server because so far the 4 main issues for myself remain ... and the DF issue remains which affected over 30 people in 12-14 countries... so cant really " hide" behind it being our connection.......

    I have checked my firewall, tested launching with basic .exe, steam, arc and even removed game and tried redownload but same problem appears. Well, not 1st time something is broken after patch...
