Has anyone gotten the free character slot for getting the First Time Buyers Pack?

I bought the Heirloom Pack just before, I now have 5 slots (3 taken). So it is working, no idea why for me and not for others.

It's just one of those things. I remember buying the Heirloom pack on the Xbox and I was unable to claim all of my items. Also, the Scourge starter pack was glitched on Xbox for a while. People were unable to claim the companion

how do I even get the pack ? bought 500 zen on psn thought the game and haven't gotten an email with items ? please help

It was an odd one, I bought the zen and then kept checking. I think It was only on a relog that I either got a mail or I found it with the reclaim vendor - so check there too.

You can buy up to 50, BUT earn more from packs that offer them.

Not only is the free character slot not being award, if you buy the Heirloom Weapon Pack you are not getting the Greater Bag of Holding. Two items resolving around purchase that need to be resolved.

Have you checked that reward vendor meben, it is in there - but note (ie warning), only one character can have it (unlike the bag from the Dragonsborn pack)

Bought the 5300 Zen pack so I can get the VIP 3 month and some companion I wanted and in no time at all got the first time buyer pack. On log in screen when selecting character on the bottom of screen it should read as 2 more character slots available or something to the effect. But yes got the free character slot confirmed.

Mine showed up in the middle of my playing yesterday. It wasn't there when I logged in, then when I changed characters it suddenly appeared.

It took awhile, but I received mine after the patch. If you just bought zen and receieved your first time buyer's pack, give it a few hrs for it to show up, maybe a day, if it doesn't show up with a few minutes.

I have mine. By the way, the First Time Buyers' Pack arrives in a different manner than its PC counterpart--it is NOT at the Reward Claim Agent. Rather, it is sent to you by ingame mail.

Just a heads up.
