Has anyone gotten the free character slot for getting the First Time Buyers Pack?

The title says it all...in game I've gotten all the items from the first time buyers pack EXCEPT the free character slot. I've tried looking on message boards but I have not seen anyone else,dealing with this issue.

Anyone have this problem or is it,just me missing something (Probably something in plain sight too)

you need to buy 500 zen to get it sadly it says free but in order to get it you must get 500 zen

Hi Monitor. I have the same issue. I purchased 1000 Zen through PSN got the other items Dog, bag etc but have no new character slot. I dont quite understand Animereapers solution. Does it mean I have to buy two extra slots to get one free ?

Im in the same boat, I got the extra character slot item and used it, but Im still stuck at 2 slots

I purchased 2,500 Zen and still have yet to receive a free character slot. I actually used 500 Zen out of the 2,500 Zen to purchase two slots hoping that might trigger the free slot.

I also spent 1,000 Zen on a one month VIP status but never received the points to raise my VIP to level 2 as it states I should have received.

I consider this a little bump in the launch process, but certainly hope it gets fixed soon and I receive all I paid for.

This is effecting a lot of people. It would be nice to get an update. been over 24hrs and no slot opened

I opened a ticket as well. Definitely didn't get the third slot. Opened/closed the game to double check.

Same issue here, i have entered a ticket on the issue but nothing back yet. A lot of people are talking about it in /zone as well in game so something is up.

Yep, same, no third slot. Maybe when it goes live fully?

I just received word back and the help center informed me that it will be fixed on the next scheduled maintenance day.

Most likely, every Tuesday but possibly Wed. Xbox is Tues and PC is Thurs.

That's good news, cause I bought Zen and didn't get my free character slot.

max you can have is 50. I didnt receive my character slot either. i got Rank 12 VIP also. Nothing triggered

Ok, I have been spending some money, decided I want the packs such as "Champion of the North" and the "Dragonborn Legend." I logged out of my current character and have discovered I now have 4 slots (2 taken). So with the slot that comes with the Dragonborn pack, the 4th will be the First time buyers one right? I haven't bought any packs via the store as yet, so there isn't any other free packs correct?

Same here. I have three Character slots ATM from buying the DragonBorn pack.

Well i certainly hope they do fix it cuz i also bought done Zen (500) just to try things out. Yet didn't get the 3rd slot. I'm not buying anything else until they get the store issues fixed. Which sucks cuz this game is addictive and is F.A.H.

Actually it is 50 plus the number obtained from packs.

I believe on reddit someone got a response back from support (they linked the message) and support said the devs were aware of the problem and will fix it via a hotfix. When the hotfix gets released you will simply have +1 character slots upon logging in (essentially) They did not give an ETA for the hotfix but I can't see it being THAT far away considering the two zones that are also locking people out would be a devastating bug to have on the official launch day

Yes. Bought 1k,in zen, early release pack, dragon born pac, and will buy moon elf and champion of the north packs as well and will keep VIP access active monthly with 1k in zen.

I wish vip got unlimited keys. It would entice more players to pay for the vip pass, even if it cocst 1500 or 2000 zen a month.m

is the "extra character slot" an actual item to redeem or does it just get added to account? i got the chest, haven't opened it, and it has everything listed except the "extra character slot."
