Hello, dear.
Since 16th March 2016 (!!!) russian server (Drider) hasn't normally conditions for playing.
Since 16th March our CM says "Its known issue and will be fixed" but nothing change for 32 days (!)
Enought, guys.
We know (or. we guess) about material problems with Ru server (no perfect equipment, bad investment climate etc.)
But anyway we were ably to admit it.
But we have really big problems with playable aspect of the game.
1) We haven't non-epic Demogorgon trial
no matter of progress in Underdark campain
no matter of party/solo registration private/public group.

result: new players can't join even epic Demo for crafting twisting weapon (epic Demo is work but you should finish non-epic first)
2) no Demogorgon's belt on drop list (noone on server got it for 1 month)
so no Demon lord's set on the server (anybody with set), we even can't test this.
3) no possible to queue for Stronghold PvP (party or solo, yes we tried)
4) in Artificer's Workshop can touch Beholder only 1 time in the day (or 1 time it procks of 5 attempts)
So with such luck people don't wanna go for skirmish.
You can be sure almost ALL new content that you present for community are failed.
I'm sorry, Neverwinter is really good and "not like other" game with own pretty. But.
no one will play, no one will be donate in the game when you even can't touch new content/
now it's about 3 mil turn on AD exchange for zen on russiun server (yeah, this is not all because of unplayable content but also no good)
We are hope you are looking for our cataclysm and will not just waching (and please, I waiting for official answers on topic, do not close).
Or tell us when Ru Server will be closed? maybe it's better to leave the game now?

@zebular, please, be aware that we've tried(rather tortured) ru-forum many times with no luck at all.
The reason for this thread is simple - we don't have feeling that information even gets proper ears.

Russian tech support does absolutely nothing to fix all the bugs and lags.
Please moderators don't delete this thread for while if it's possible. We hope Euro tech support will read this and may be do influence on the Russian team.
