  I voted for both of them in previous rounds, but this time my sympathy is entirely with Rhix - poor guy has been through a lot in the past.

  Disheveled madman = Headman Delves Dim
  Tinfoil hat on. Beregost!That anagram is an obvious reference the the lead devs' (Headman) decision not not put epic dungeons back in. Dungeons = delves and dim is a reference to the thought process behind it. Luskan! Iluminati everywhere I tells ya! Waterdeep!
