Scheduled Maintenance 1/28 at 6AM PT

Chat servers are up and running.

Maintenance is complete, but the chat server is temporarily down.

Update 8:33AM: Due to a few issues, maintenance has been extended an additional hour until 10AM.

Neverwinter will have its scheduled maintenance on 1/28 at 6AM PT - one hour earlier - for roughly 3 hours due to an additional account server maintenance. It will just be a server reset.

    A little frustrated here, server went down at 7:55 a.m. just before our party was killing Lostmauth...if you give a time for maintenance, why not stick to the schedule?

    It went down 2 minutes after here too.
    There are more than BIS players in this game

    FORCING the majority of your player base to play 4 mod old dungeons and trial will have a bad result on player base
    Changes are getting so bad i would rather prefer no new changes (RIP ICE FISHING in winter fest)

    Im a way behind with my tasks because of this game and it was very very very hard to do work while the servers are online :D

    XD yeah too bad I had a free morning and I was expecting to work on the foundry. I wasn't expecting such a long one :(

    Hmmm, must've been something else that caused "servers are not available at this time." Just my luck, the Horn was probably in one of those chests - lol! :-))

    Yes. Typically from 10-12 Eastern time.

    Looks like it'll be another hour, according to the maintenance post. Damned shame, since this was going to be my only time I was able to play during this event. Playtime went from 2 hours to 1.

    Does the in game clock use your computers time? I assumed so but I never checked. Anyway, if it does simply display your local PC time maybe your's was off by a couple of minutes?
