    It's happening again. This recent DDoS seemed to bring it back for me. Unsure, but is this ever going to be resolved? I'm done until it is fixed. Since the denial of service attack, the game has literally been unplayable once again. I'll be moving to BO3 until this has been fixed.

    @rubbersucky That one appears to be more towards your end. You should contact your ISP. That 4th and 5th hop are causing some major issues too, it looks like.

    So when is this going to be resolved or an actual update to what's being done to remedy the situation going to be provided? Honestly at this point, no update = nothing being done. (while this may not entirely be true, that's how it feels as this has been happening for weeks now, and no type official statements being made regarding it)

    That is fairly normal actually and depends on the configuration of those early hops, both for my router and the early connection points -- you can google this if you don't believe me. If it was a problem it would manifest in longer times in future hops, which clearly it doesn't. I am absolutely fine until I get a 561 - 760 ms return at 198.49.243.253.

    I play many, many, many other online games and regularly get a sub 30 ping in-game. I am on the east-coast and have a 100 mb/s connection, as you can see from the <20 ms return times on all other hops. This, absolutely, has nothing to do with me -- although I appreciate you taking the time to review!

    I still dont understand the point of submitting tracert data anymore it's pretty clear this device (router/gateway/server) has problems and should be replaced or fixed leaving it in this state for over a month is just unacceptable from a customer perspective.

    Wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt like PRIME gaming time each night!

    Last update 10/20, really.

    I dont get it. This is CRYPTICs own infrastructure and still not addressed. Not some other company's device (like the Level3 issue couple months back) so I just dont understand why this issue sill persists and exactly the same time each night...

    Are you EVER going to fix this problem Cryptic? Seriously. Between this and the crashing after this last patch ...

    You own the damn server it's pretty apparent by WHOIS lookups. Why is it now basically going into December and still a problem???

    This is tracert without being logged into the game. Hop 9, as always, is the fault. So much rubberbanding, lagging, server not responding issues.

    If more people were complaining you would have fixed this by now. It's your server and you cannot address the issue in 3 months? Having us supply all this data for months instead of just addressing the issue that is on your end. Have some accountability already. Sorry 3rd month now with this issue every night is just unacceptable from a customer perspective, seriously.
