If they kick you with an IL of 1.8k they aren't worthed to run with.
Actually people don't kick anymore, they just leave. Kick = run compromised.
Build is more important than IL and people should match with ones that work together with you, not because of IL. Some builds are better matched with specific ones.
rubbish, i ran with a 2k gwf wearing pvp gear today. no only did the cleric out damage him, but he took more damage than he dealt. yeah skill has something to do with it. but this is a gwf we're talking about. sure strike and the occasional tab is all the skill required to top the dps score.
I'm basically making 3K AD on four toons per day from invoking, plus AD from an occasional dungeon/skirmish run when I have time. Still, I think removing AD from leadership was the best thing that was done. Leadership armies making AD out of thin air from several mouse clicks did the most damage to the economy.
I just say. Bring back loot into dungeons, even if they are not so desired, like the belts and armors that dropped off each boss, so there is alot more salvage and things to sell if you wanted.

Well apparently asking for cost adjustments or loot adjustments are now open to everyone accusing you of being f2p..
That it what it appears like to me.. there is no reasonable discussions anymore. This vocal minority is crazy in their opinion that leadership removal has made the game more enjoyable. It COULD, if they wouldnt drag thier feet so slow on some adjustments for player-base benefits.
IS this game better then a month ago? Not really.. not at all.

Everyone reading this forum is frustrated one way or another with the changes. So voice your opinions, but please do it without resorting to attacking other players. The Devs should hear loud and clear that people aren't happy with the current state, but it doesn't help that message get out if these threads devolve into bickering back and forth with each other.
Focus on the game, that's what needs to be fixed. If you really want to hash it out with another player, please do so privately.
Here's what I think. I like the AD given for completing dungeons. I think the Epic Dungeons are too difficult, thats why no one wants to run them. When you're under 60 doing the standard dungeon delving TEmple of the SPider, you can find a team in about 2 minutes or less. Running an epic dungeon is too hard when you want to, but your friends and guild mates arent on. Make the epic dungeons easier, its not like the rewards are all that special. Were doing it for the guild and for the AD.

Ah the irony...you keep asking us to voice our opinions yet I have seen atleast 6 poster's comments here get deleted...
@novakk1 If people are just going to insult each other, it gets moved to the Lower Depths so the rest of the thread can continue. Nothing ever gets deleted. Ever. If you posted it, it's somewhere here. Depending on how badly it violated the rules, you just might not be able to see it

At level 70 you get the same amount of AD for running epic OR non-epic ToS. They don't have to make the epic dungeons easier.
But the cleric tells the lvl 70's every day we need to run an epic dungeon. He doesnt say go ahead and run an easier one and Ill still reward you 4 instead of 10. If he did that, that would help a lot.
Price of Zen is going back up.... is this because there are less things to buy with AD compared to ZEN?

I think that the "the ideal exchange rate is 250" was just wrong to begin with. I tend to think the price fell as much as it did because people thinking it would fall due to declining AD influx.
markets are self-referential like that, especially when there's a lot of speculation.
I also blame the zen speculators, who buy zen just to sell it at an inflated rate.
New lockbox just came out, and Underdark is around the corner. Price of zen will continue to creep up. This has happened always before a new module came out. When the price of zen was pegged at 500 and price couldn't go up, the backlog grew. It's just more demand to buy new stuff from the store

Lots of people here supporting the AD leadership nerf. I guess lots of people that invested in leadership feel betrayed and aren't playing (as much), or commenting on the forums.
That's the case for me.
I invested real money and lots and lots of real time in Leadership. It could have been modified to make AD gain more reasonable, would have been fine with that. But just removing most of the benefit for the sake of players that didn't make that same investment?
Well, I have 24 keys in my inventory. That marks the number of days that I have only logged in to pick up my VIP key. And that, because I already paid for it.
If you disenfranchise one player group at a time, eventually you won't have many players left.
The Ad/zen rates are totally explainable just like in RL. The "fire sale" was the first wave, they thought they needed to liquidate their assets to get AD since they saw a lowering of their AD earning rate. In RL when stocks go down because of some rumor or outside effect, others sell off because they see things going down and they react with a "got to get out while I can" action.
The next will be the over confidence as rates increase of those thinking "oh good, things are getting back to normal" , I'll get in while I can, things are sure to go back up". That wave will break as well, and there will be" ripples", daily ups and down by small increments until the next "crisis".
Now as a new mod is coming out, like before those with AD will figure they need either Zen or AD for it, so the "volume" on the market will increase, the rate will get higher or lower depending on player over all perception.
The only exception to this cycle is when a controlling entity, like a government or in this case NW artificially warps the market dynamics some how. Them not pro-offering AD earning rates despite saying they will has made the market swing back and forth between the fire sale and the bull market, and despite all they have done, the "bots" (or as in RL the insider traders) still get rich, they play both sides, just like a arms dealer does, war is good, they sell to both sides and pray for continued hostilities. The "bots" still will get rich playing the margins.
The only ones hurt are the small time investors, just like in RL, the more the government/NW "protects" them the worse it gets.

Because he asked you to do something for SH. Running non Epic one does not give you stuff to help the SH.

Yup, pretty much made over 5mil AD just selling my zen and buying it back. Thanks NW!
I must say something i think AD from leadership only was useful for farmers and botter players... I am BIS and never used leadership to get AD since it gives HAMSTER (unless u have an army of bots) i learn in Dofus a game i used to play than grind is not the way to get gear is Trade... Buy and sell and before i could look for fire sales then sell when the price go higher and like that. now noone buy anything... I bought something cheap... Next week is cheaper ... I used to spend my most time in PE trading items buying from AH then resell and see some players doing that too now is over ... And is for the complains of the "casual" players that will never be BiS anyways but now will be harder to others to be come BiS.

That's where the problem was. Leadership could be exploited. As in other things in real life, when a small percentage of people abuse a system, everyone else ends up suffering.

Yes, leadership was useful for farmers and bots. However, who is not a farmer?
People went to dungeon to farm Epic gear. Go to dungeon to farm seal. People went to IWD to farm black ice. Then, use black ice to make overload enchantment, etc. Go to WoD to farm stuff to make Dragon Empire Treasure. Doing IWD HE to farm Peridot. Hunting down dragons to farm fangs.
The game makes all of us a farmer one way or the other.
