    "Display driver has stopped working, and has recovered successfully"! Safe mode does not work and neither does the
    -d3d9 command.... Anyone know a fix for this?

    Now it says the servers are unavailable at this time....I dont know why any of this should surprise us. Well, I was going to buy some zen today, but even if they manage to get it working again I think I'll be keeping my wallet closed for just a while longer.

    I can't even make it to the character select screen. I get past the cryptic loading screen and then my game crashes on the Neverwinter loading screen with the following in the bottom left corner:

    "Preloaded 0 domain shader in 0.24s" then...

    Crash.

    Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

    I've had the same problem on preview. Reported it before Stronghold went live, but apparently nobody reads or care about these reports in preview section.

    same black screen at loading ... had this problem bfore patch but use to fix with safe mode log . Now not working just get the black screen and only option its restart button . Any fix or solution ?

    Looks like Stronghold is going to be released in August 12th. So much for all the marketing work, lol.

    That's a great idea. However I am so perpetually @#!$ed off at the devs in this game there is no way I could make any nice vote choices.

    While everyone is killing time waiting for the devs to administer oxygen to the hamsters, it's the perfect time to work on community rewards:

    -- Watch the Strongholds trailer on Youtube and laugh at the over-dramatic voiceover

    -- Retweet "Strongholds is LIVE!" , additional snarky comments are optional

    Guys, there is a Strongholds Kingdoms browser based game. We should all go play that and just pretend it's Neverwinter, but working....
