Anyone else unable to update Neverwinter?

I just get an update error every time.

    Yes! Neverwinter crashed in pirate king (like it almost always does lol) but then refused to start again failing to update repeatedly. I am currently trying a full reinstall just in case something on my end has become corrupted.

    Yes I'm having the same issue, I uninsatlled and am re installing.

    Is my data is saved on their servers/shard?

    Yeah -stuck on update error. Did power recycles a few times. Connection is fine. Glad it's not just me. Let us know if full reinstall works.

    Yup having the same issue. Hard reset console,router, and not working still. Another issue....FIX YOUR <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>!

    Same issue here. Re-install is taking longer than it should too. Newtork settings show my download speed as 107.44 Mbps but its been stuck on 20% now for over 20 minutes

    Same issue here. "There was a problem with the update" all the time. Hard restart and clearing cache dont work...

    have done exactly the same and have the same problem. Can connect to xbox live ok but can't get the update for Neverwinter.

    Uh so I am having the same issue. Would be nice if PW spoke up. Per Microsoft Support they've been contacted regarding this issue but not a peep on Twitter or here.........

    Is anyone able to get on? Does re-installing work???

    My game re installed, no update screen, but play isn't highlighted and i can't select it.

    My re-install is taking absurdly long. I have Google Fiber, the best/fastest internet possible, and yet I can't get this downloaded....really?

    kicked me out while I was in the siege battlefield and it just keeps saying there was a problem with the update

    Mine took almost 3 hours even though xbox settings was saying my donwload speeds are over 100 mbps.

    It wouldn't matter if you had 1 million tb dl speed the xbox harddrive can only download so much information per second. Maybe 20mg per second
