Could we maybe just, reward playing?

I've avoided this one because of the wording of the title. When taken out of context from the original, opening post, it is rather superfluous.

In a normal world, not even an ideal one, but a non-Cryptic one, playing the game would be its own reward. The visuals, the story content, the game engine - most of these things are done well in a lot of other games. Nothing, of course, is without its issues and there is definitely no 'perfect game'.

Neverwinter would fall into the area of a rewarding experience, but many glaring issues bring into perspective many short-comings of the parent company (PWE), the developer (Cryptic), and the experience in general. I should not have to rehash the problems, there are multiple threads on the forum that continually bring attention to many issues.

What can help the developers, is to get a fresh perspective. Take a step back, toss off the shackles of PWE for a moment, clear the mind of the stubbornness that makes you cling to your love of mindless infinite grind, the love of the tedium you enforce upon the players with the high NPC health and near-sadistic damage/Add swarms/one-shot kills, the constant gear grind, Resource Point grinding mini-game, and the PWE enforced, insane zen-shop pricing model. Consider where you want this game to go, then consider if you want to undertake this journey with us players, alone and against all odds, or whatever combination you seek. Then add back in the steps you need to get there. If you want to work with us, consider what you think we mean when we ask for consideration of our wants. Then open a dialogue with the players and put forth the whether what you believe we desire and what your plans are to reach your end goal are really what we mean and could we accept your vision. Let us both discuss and compromise. One cannot please everyone, but lets at least find the common ground we both can live with.

First, playing a game should be more rewarding.

Second, bots will find ways through any content. Bots can run 24/7 and they can "learn" how to handle "hard" content too.

Third, the only way to deal with bots is
    a. to remove them on a daily base from GMs ingame, and
    b. to remove any real player permanent from the game, that buys AD from those goldsellers behind those bots.

    Because it sends a message!
