Can't under stand the priorities

I'm not normally one to rage quit. However, I went in for another try at heralds and again the whole lot slows down to a slide show and i am rooted and rubberbanded to the middle of a large angry mob while most of the rest of the party move on. This happens almost every time now. This is repeated in nearly any situation…
