Since we have a lack of official feedback threads, why don't we create our own threads! This one here will be for feedback on the map itself. This will include the following things:
- Heroic Encounters
- Difficulty
- Stronghold Building
- Quests that take place on the map
- Environment Bugs or Feedback
We should probably try to make this as productive and useful to the devs as possible. To do this, let's use
red for bugs and
blue for feedback!

Feedback (Heroic Encounters): So far, I've only run into three heroic encounters on the map after multiple hours of testing, the same three keep spawning over and over. I don't suppose they could be switched up at all, maybe add some more at the start?. I also noticed that they said they were intended for 15+ players, however me and another player were able to solo all three of them alone. Either the difficulty needs to be turned up or the amount of recommended players is really really off. I like the rewards, they are perfect the way they are right now. I got a cool ring too!
Bug (Drake Killing Quest): I got a quest to kill drakes/dragons and it directed me to the upper right portion of the map. I couldn't find any enemies to kill at all though, so I am unable to complete the quest.

- Vouchers are bugged, they either get stuck inside the coffer or they won't deposit at all (Checked Stone and Labor)
- Withdraw logs are not displayed in the guild bank
- There seems to be an issue with guild bank tab permissions, they seem to reset and not work often.
- If you're in a party, the whole party has to near the gate to exit/enter the stronghold, as if it's a quest. It's extremely uncomfortable and needs a fix.
- Some of the dragons do ridiculous damage. Black dragon can do up to 1.4m, green dragon's mist is all over the place and can wipe a 10 people raid. I would suggest either something like Tiamat gems, or reduce the damage by at least 50%, no one can tank 1.4m. Not saying they shouldn't one shot, but for a reasonable amount.

Also noticed the standings aren't shown, but it does say this WILL be the coffer contribution standings list
When I exited the game I was in my stronghold, but when I came back later on, I was at the gate in PE. I would like to be able to return to the game in my stronghold.
The Black Dragon on the Bottom Left of map: My Pally never got close as his wing blasts me twice for over 400k damage. Best to leave this one until ya unlock some boons.
The Acidic Dragon on Bottom Right: My Pally can easily tank the dragon but ya need many quick footed range fighters to do damage as red spots would popup everywhere.
The Upper Left Dragon Blue or Purple: Range fighters have an easy time if they watchout for the red areas. Melees can't get close.
Upper Right Dragon: Unknown.....havent fought yet.
Need at least 15 players on a dragon to have a shot. The most I fought with was 7.....still made 25% loss of hitpoints.

My partner and I weren't able to finish off the undead giants. GWF/TR combination, can roll through pretty much anything existing right now.. I found the difficulty to be just about right, for a 15+. Maybe a 10+, we'll see once I can scrounge up some more guildies who can actually get into preview.. most everyone (including myself) is having a super hard time getting in.. the game freezes up on the "Neverwinter" screen.

those he are no way near to be meant for 15+ players.
being seriously carefull and with some companions i m sure i can solo them and considering i am a trapper hr with 0 survivability ( ? yes there are no other hrs) and those bosses has cc immunity i think pretty everyone with good gear can do it
A silly wizard is able to knock out the Pit Fiend without any attack from the Fiend. If this silly wizard attacks from max distance, the Fiend just stands there mumbling to himself, "That's just too far to walk".
The Undead Giants are easily 2 peep'd and the Beholders were defeated with 3.

Pitfiend: Can be easily solo'd by any decently geared dps toon.
Undead Golems: Can be easily duo'd. Can also be solo'd but it'll take pretty long.
Beholders: A tank and 2-3 dps toons is recommended, that way it's very easy, unless you stand in the red, cause that can hit you for a lot, highest i've seen was 888k.
Dragonflight:
I've only fought the blue dragon (top right corner), but i love the mechanics. There are buffers (Dragon Empowerer) that needs to be dealt with asap, and as the dragons hp decreases the number buffers spawned increases. There are 2 debuffs that affects only the active tank, a broken shield reducing it's damage resist and a lightning which is a dot. So normally you would want 2 tanks, and once one of them gets debuffed the other one should take over his place. BUT, the dragon lightning f@rt attack (the undodgeable aoe copied from Garakas/Lostmauth) needs to be toned down, cause atm it does 160k piercing damage, which will kill everyone without some form of absorb shield active.

I've kept losing the stat bonus from my stone. I had to resummon it every minute or so.
With a couple more people, we were able to do all the HEs on the map. The beholders were a really long fight (we had 5 for that one), and we all ate a few injury kits... Party makeup was DC, TR, GWF, SW and for the beholder, an OP. Highest ilvl was probably 2800, and we're all solid players who know our jobs.
I agree on the pit fiend. The AI is super sloppy on him. He's slow, and really communicates his attacks. That one I could solo with my GWF. I was able to get him halfway down on HP before the SW and TR arrived to help.
Again, this is why monster difficulty needs to be based in ilvl. To prevent this "power creep". Not all 70s are the same.

That said the Pit Fiend is too easy; I expected him to summon friends at different stages of the fight to help him out. He also runs away unless you push him into a wall, which is not that hard.
The undead giants are a weaker version of a mob in KR, at least in KR they have smaller allies to increase the encounter difficulty and their AoE stomp attack. With my OP I can just walk in circles around these 2 while the DPS kills them.
The Beholders are the only one of the current HEs that present a challenge to level 70 characters.

Thank you guys for your feedback on the HE's, there are two changes to the Pit Fiends and Undead Giants that are coming, I'll be interested to see if those changes address your concerns. Also, regarding no enemies to fight on the map, was this something you all saw during the Dragon fight, or afterwards?
I haven't seen any enemies on the map before/during/after the event it doesn't matter. There are 4 HEs, including the dragon HE, buildings, quests, but no mobs at all. It's like an early alpha build.
The Owlbears spawn on the opposite side of a fallen tree from the challenge node. The Owlbears dont seam to want to cross the tree or they can't. This makes it easy for any wimpy wizards to lob rocks at'm until they're toast. The Owlbears themselves are easy.........it's just the point that they seem stuck.

I died at the campfire, the range of this attack is ridiculous, he wiped 20 people in a split second. Some of these dragons are just supremely OP, we were able to kill 2 but picked the wrong dragon apparently, the blue one wiped everyone several times, it was a lost battle.

That should be fixed in the next build, the current one does not have all of our final text passes on it.
This should also be fixed in the next build, I looked into it and it appears a change I made did not make it into our initial release candidate. I'll give you all a heads up when it should be fixed, either through a post here or in the patch notes.
SUPER SUPER SUPER to have you kicking around here, Commander. Kudos to the design team.. everyone in my guild is raving about the scenery.
And it appears that you've already addressed the comments I was going to chime in with, but others beat me to it.
Looking forward to taking some of those 5+ HEs to task.
