1 - reduce the number of binding systems.
- Today I get a 3 green resonance refinements, 1st one is unbound, 2nd one is bind on account, third one is bind on character.
- major impacts on inventory, confusion when trying to use them, and I'm sure others can pop in with reasons why this is bad.
- Lets reduce this to the only 2 required, unbound, and bind on account. If I get one item that is bound on account and I have 3 characters, I can still only use it with one character at a time.
2 - preview system for items.
- use the same system you use in the Zen Store. pop up a small window with a look at the item in a seperate window. Only gets loaded if a client calls for it.

Love both ideas. Especially the preview. There have been a lot of times that I almost bought something based on description, but had to back out because I didn't know *for sure* which one it was.

Shop preview I'm pretty sure is one that Panderus has said is on the to-do list but keeps getting steamrolled by other priorities.
Just give me a "refine to RP" button and store the number somewhere on the currency list or something so I can use whatever RP I get for the purpose that I think is best.

This is the best suggestion I've seen on the board all day, maybe the best suggestion I've seen in weeks.
...but then nobody would buy them gorgeous Runic Bags of Holding.
This would make CAO sad panda...
On a different note: The second suggestion has realistic chances to be accepted - it's already there for transmuting, so it's in principle feasible (and this can BTW used as a workaround...). Also some reward items from main story lair golden chests have somewhat accurate models when the "Accept/Decline" dialog comes up.

Unfortunately no1 is not one of these priorities.
It's downright madness we have 3 different kinds of RP stones at 3 different levels, 8 different enchantments/runestones at 4 levels and free-to-spend RP stones in 3 variations. Then add the 3 bind options.. I have 15 slots free in my 5 bags and that's only because I refine the R3 and 4 enchantments and the various weapons/OH/belts I drop along the way. It's barely enough to run a single dungeon without being forced to halt to refine. Just give me a "refine to RP" button and store the number somewhere on the currency list or something so I can use whatever RP I get for the purpose that I think is best.

You are in better shape than I am already. I don't keep r3,4,5. I don't keep char bound or account bound RP (unless it is the rare high quantity one). More or less use it as soon as I get them.

A preview ability for fashion items and transmutes, BEFORE you buy them from the Zen store, would be amazing.
The whole refining issue and 3 different kinds of binding states, is really cumbersome. The only issue is that, if you were to eliminate "Bind to character", then pretty much all items that are intended to be restricted to just 1 character, become an impossibility. They could simply remove "Bound to character" for refining items, as an easy fix.
