please fix the cc on elven - stam regen works, but they broke the cc part again.....thanks!

    I remember that this enchant wasn't workin on perfect variant since server became alive (2 years or more). I was using greater and it was fine.
    Do you really expect that they will fix it, if they didn't in 2 years or more?

    I thought, I'm naive.

    I believe it was briefly fixed with the enchant update, but could be wrong. I only have a greater as well.
