Oghma's Release (Should this be be different)

This artifact drops from the lockbox. However it is described in the text as an "artifact equipment" but what you actually get is a blue "artifact" that is essentially the same thing as Oghma's Token of Free Movement.

This seems very confusing and almost like it should be a belt or neck.

The pack it drops out of has labelled all of the artifacts as "artifact equipment", but it's less noticeable because we're used to their names and know what they are.
