Drop rate for ciphered messages and intelligece reports.

Thunderhead Reach. I took 2 quests hunting for items that drop from cultists. Never mind that one item was a ciphered message and the other item was an intelligence report that we can apparently only get because we got those ciphered messages we're currently hunting for. I feel like those quests should be on different timers.
Anyway.
I killed 113 cultists to get 16 drops. Mob 113 dropped the last intelligence report and mob 109 dropped the last ciphered message. This is terrible. I spent the better part of an hour doing nothing but storming around Thunderhead stabbing cultists, when the other 3 vigilance quests took all of 10 minutes, total.
I always knew the drop rate was terrible but I actually counted this time. We're talking less than a 10% drop rate for these items. The drop rate needs to go way up. Doubled or even tripled.

    The quests to collect macguffins from Air Cultists are such BS that you will actually finish your vigilance tasks faster by ignoring them completely, due to not wasting a precious slot on something that winds up taking more than one hourly cycle to do.

    Actually, I hear there's a trick where the glider tower cultists will drop the macguffins at a better rate than the cultists in the areas where the quests are actually located. I still feel they're not worth bothering with.

    i reported that during early preview, they said they increased the drop rates, before that it was even worse, but yeah, dont waste time on those quests

    I feel like the amount of vigilance tasks available should be doubled, or take them off that rotating schedule. I can't remember how many times I've had literally zero tasks left to take and had to wait 20 minutes for the next set to spawn. And we're not talking farming or anything here. Just legit leveling a toon and running out of quests to do so is poor design.
