New Dread Ring gear missing for Paladins?

I checked but I didn't see any mention of this issue. When I visit the dwarf in Dread Ring and open the Store, it pops up the Rewards page, not the store.

Is this just an issue for Paladins? I know some other classes have been reporting issues as well.

It's one of the documented issues but OP (and GF) should be able to access it from the campaign interface, just not in person.
