Vault of Piety malfunction

The vault of piety can deliver the wrong item.

As this had happened last week, I clicked very carefully through the steps.
Carefully select the Coffer of artifact equipment, double click it.
Confirmation box appears, verify that it lists the item, click yes.
You receive: Elixir of fate.

It doesn't always happen. But since I 'used' to get decent rate on coal wards from these (3 in a week between 7 toons, once), I have to wonder if it's really 'broken' :D

    Sounds like the same bug as ever. Don't double-click items to buy, because the game likes to give you the wrong thing. Use the "buy" button.

    This issue you have described has been around since open beta, still no fix for it and probably won't ever be.
