Seems like they are giving you the run around until you give up in frustration. They clearly have the tickets in front of them, so there's no excuse for it.

Posting private communications from Staff is not allowed, which includes Support responses, per the Rules of Conduct (Rule 3.03). I am sorry for your troubles, however the forums are not the place to seek aid with Support.
Instead, please Private Message me all your GM Ticket ID/Reference Numbers on this issue (even the duplicate ones) and I'll have my Community Manager or Communications Manager look into this further when they're in the office tomorrow. In the future, please instead communitcate directly with Staff on Support Issues, whether that is by Private Message, Support Replies, or by email at customerservice@perfectworld.com instead of as new threads and posts as our forums are not Support forums. Thanks!
