I have a question: do you think Lathander's set 3-part bonus is useful?
My problem is I already have Cloak and Belt, but Eye of Lathander artifact has stats that I consider useless. The only thing I will benefit from is the set bonus. So I wonder if it is worth to have the whole set, or instead of EoL use other artifacts like Wheel of Elements or OP class artifact?

Personally, I've only ever bothered building a full Lathander set with the artifact already secured, since it's by far the hardest piece to acquire.
If the other pieces work for you, then use whatever artifacts you want. The set bonus is admittedly nice, but it's not like your build is going to be ruined for not having it.
I've found the Lathander's set very useful in Mod 6. The advantages are:
1) The 50% HP resurrection buff. I also have the 10% incoming healing boon and a soulforged enchant. So when I die in PvE and get my second life, I come up with 55% HP + the soulforge bonus, meaning that I have much less downtime trying to heal myself up. (It respects the PvP healing depression, however, so it's not as useful in PvP).
2) Immunity to injuries. Basically means you never have to use another injury kit. Ever. Lots of gold saved.
3) Healing allies for 50% of their HP when you're resurrected (via soulforged or someone reviving you). This is a fun one, sometimes your allies don't need healing, but it's still nice seeing everyone's HP get topped up.
So yeah, I'm a fan of the Lathander's set bonus. It's especially useful for tanky builds, such as a DC or GF, but has utility for other classes as well.
