    Did you test it also?

    I'm going to test it...

By testing you mean moving your mouse on your tooltip ?

No. Try again, and can you be a little more creative in your trolling?

Hallowed Ground: The Neverwinter wiki said rank 3 was 15%. I'm assuming Rank 4 is supposed to be 20%. My testing showed me about 25%. Kaelac's guide which is outdated, says 30%. I highly doubt it is 35%.

Just tested my r3 HG, give a 35% dmg buff and a 30% DR buff, weird.
Can't test the rank 4 since test server is down, but it sould be +35/+35 or +40/+35

It is weird. Why am I only getting 25% damage buff and the "official" wiki says 20% and you're getting 35%.

I went on the test server to solve this mystery, and this is my results after testing every HG rank on a nude ACDC character (no pet; no gear, no feats, no boons, no enchant, no artifact, only blue artifact weapon to actually being able to use my spells).

    (Damage/Damage Resistance)
    Rank 1 : +25%/+20%
    Rank 2 : +30%/+25%
    Rank 3 : +35%/+30%
    Rank 4 : +40%/+35%

After that, I checked my 2 DCs on live server, and i found the same results.
My conclusion is they ninja buffd HG recently by giving it an extra +5% dmg buff.

It is weird. Why am I only getting 25% damage buff and the "official" wiki says 20% and you're getting 35%.

Wiki says: "Grants a 20%(?) Damage Buff and 20%(?) Damage Resist at max level." Notice the question marks after the %.
I made a mistake w/ my tests: I thought the extra 5% Damage Buff is from another source. lerapiso818 wrote the correct numbers.
How do you check the damage increase? The easiest way is to hover the mouse over a slotted power w/ HG -> DWHG, then w/o HG -> DNOHG and do the math: DWHG/DNOHG. You might swapped the numbers.
    DWHG/DNOHG= 1,35 (rank3)
DNOHG/DWHG=0.740740 <- and you might think it is ~25%
The DR can be checked from logs (which hopefully can't be wrong while tooltips might be). Reset your feats (or use only feats does not grant defense on certain conditions like Have Faith). Go to a mob (I used FP), use BoH/HW to stay alive.
    A. Using ACT:
Let yourself hit a few times than use HG, let yourself hit a few.
Leave or kill the mob. Check ACT incoming damage effectiveness. Important: check incoming damage of the same mob and same attack type. They have different ArPen - even attack types from the same mob.
    B. W/o ACT:
Let yourself hit a few times and write down the numbers - Damage(BaseDamage)
Use HG, let yourself hit a few times and write down the numbers HGDamage(HGBaseDamage)
    DRNOHG(%)=(1-Damage/BaseDamage)*100
    DRWHG(%)=(1-HGDamage/HGBaseDamage)*100
    HG DR increase(%)=DRWHG-DRNOHG

Um... don't trust the wiki for any DC power. No one has updated the cleric entries since before mod 5. It still lists forgemaster's flame as a heal (It was the highest output heal for a DC before. Trolliest move ever in PvP would be to FF an enemy GWF and let him heal you in an AoE and your party as he chased you around trying to damage you. LOL)

If you need to check powers based on Tooltips, nwcalc.com/#/ is fairly accurate and up to date.

Hit GWF with empowered FF. Thats one of my standard moves
