Looks like we will be able to use mounts in combat

As mentioned in the title. Plus a benefit to Movement (10% speed). Btw, this is a Rank 4 mount. Our actual mounts are Rank 3. Are they going to add a new mount training IV so we can upgrade our legendary/epic mounts? or only the new mounts are going to be usable in combat?
