    I will tell you this;

Kicking IS NOT against the terms of the game. You can kick. There's no rules; It's not a bannable offense. If cussing or harassment is NOT involved, M$ surely WILL NOT take action.

Provide pictures and I may believe, until then bad players will continue to be kicked at the end

Why at the end? I have seen people say they get kicked at the end, if they were there in the beginning you should let them finish

So they can't roll for loot dropped by boss. Terrible isn't it?

I kick 100s of people a day for either low gear score or I'm looking for a specific class.

In a way I agree with what this guy is saying about kicking because of low GS. But disagree with kicking because I need a specific class in a dungeon.
With regards to the low GS, my argument is this.... I've ran lots of dungeons now, some of which had low GS players. The game has been designed for progression. Yes, I will see people with a low GS in T1 dungeons as we have to start somewhere to get our decent gear. BUT, there is no reason in the slightest to see a low GS in a T2 and here's why.
If you've played the game correctly, you should acquire the T1 set BEFORE progressing to T2! Simple as... But yet I see T2 Spellplague with people only running ONE epic item (draconic) and yet think because they have the min GS to enter, they can do it. Wrong...

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind carrying people. But, there's only sooo much my gear and character can do. In the end, I run dungeons to gear myself too.

But kicking for a specific class is just wrong! I've been kicked loads of times "cos need healer" at the start of a dungeon with my templock. People need to learn a specific class can run several avenues, so much so you don't need a healer with me due to my high DPS and thus healing people too. You need to remember, especially the people who are crying for the healers; they won't always be able to heal you so drop the clutch and use pots!

It's not justice when people spend money on this game, you sir are more ignorant than people who kick after bosses and need to get a life. Sorry your feelings got hurt buts how's a 24 hour ban compare to the 30 mins it took you to get to a boss????? How is that even close to equal in comparison? I hope karma turns around and bites you. Some people may kick because they think you don't deserve the chest or drop because they literally carried you. For all the people that are anti kicking for heavens sake start a guild together by now there should be 100's of thousands of you in it....you'll never have to worry about being kicked again. Food for your thought.

It might not be against the TOS of the game...but it is against the TOS of Xbox live..and you need to use live to get to game!

Once again, Microsoft has ZERO authority about an aspect of a game that is NOT considered broken or being abused by the developers/game companies themselves. If it is an aspect of the game that is

    WORKING AS INTENDED

Microsoft isn't going to do anything and has no way to judge whether or not that is intended use.

And obviously after 2 years of this being sorted out on PC, in which it has died down (it was like this to start too, so don't think for an instant it wasn't), it hasn't been changed.

Learn to play with a group of 3 and you won't have the problem. It can be prevented, you don't bother preventing it. That makes it YOUR fault. And I don't care what kind of flame I get on this forum for saying it's your own fault. It's the honest truth. You CHOOSE to not prevent the situation when you have ways of doing so. I could say it a hundred times in a hundred different ways. YOU are the reason YOU got kicked from the party at the end of the dungeon. Because YOU did not run with a group to have majority vote. It is YOUR fault for not taking preventative measures.

You're driving a car. You grab your phone to read a text. You start typing a response. SLAM! EJECTED from the car! You weren't wearing a seatbelt. You ran into a tree. Guess what, it's still your fault. The seatbelt was there. You didn't even bother using it. What are you going to do, blame the car manufacturer? The tree? Still your fault.
That's like saying "The seatbelt was faulty! It didn't work" Well... You didn't USE IT!

Show me. Show all of us. Present the section before us. So we may verify it ourselves. Where it says "Utilizing a system within a game for it's intended purpose of getting rid of people you don't want in your party, is a violation of the Microsoft Xbox Live ToS and is a bannable offence by statute y3a.r1gh7.br0 section 32 rule 34.

I'm sure it's right next to "YOU JUST LOST THE GAME!"
which is on the same page as "Thou Shalt Not Rick Roll"

I have not experienced being booted too much but have a couple times. I have no problem if I zone in and get booted within a couple seconds.. no problem at all.. just re-que no love lost at all.

If, however, you keep me around to run to you, kill trash and a boss and then boot for reasons unknown wasting my time by making me kill your trash or boss without gain, therein lies the problem.

I also will boot people on zone in if their gs sucks, or we dont need/want the class.... I will not boot if the person is playing well mid dungeon thought.. even if the screen pops up

I barely know 3 people in the game , lol... you meet people by pugginh!

Those ideals are exactly the problem!

If theyre in the dungeon then they have a good enough GS to run it. How else will they get better gear if all the uppity ups never let them play through it?

And no dungeon requires any specific class. That's a defeatist viewpoint.
