punishing charge

did a respec went into punishing charge 4x cause i like it and now i only have one charge on it, not 4 like it says i am to have.

    Confirmed. Just respecced to try out Punishing charge at rank 4. Should have tried it on Preview. What a waste. The screenshot should be self-explanatory. Only one charge instead of 4, at rank 4.

    Can we get some confirmation or acknowledgement on this one? Anyone working on it..would be reassuring, I'd hate to repec for this :(

    I have respeced 2x now. once because the weapon master bug and now again because the punishing charge bug. This is frustrating.

    Punishing charge at level 4 (gwf) only gives 1 charge instead of 4. Please fix this... Pretty please?

    While this is definitely a bug.. I didnt know people used Punishing charge...
    Daily spamming AP gain builds??
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.

    Gotta agree, I have not seen any GWF using punishing charge in the past few months, this skill is pretty useless... low damage, hard to aim, unable to control your char while charging and u chould still get CC while doing this...

    You do understand that it does not justify this bug, right? There are people in the game that might still want to try out new builds and game styles and the game should be able to enable it.
    Punishing charge can give that extra bit of mobility allowing a GWF to dodge when their stamina is used up. Works fine for some boss fights like the twin scorpions in eLoL. The three charges are pretty nice, and the fourth charge would be awesome.

    This is why I refuse to upgrade any power on my GWF or my HR to level 4 as read too many are broken.

    I'm finding that as a general rule, if the 4th rank is only supposed to give a damage increase, the power is safe. If the 4th rank is supposed to do something else (add a charge, add or change an effect), then best to check on preview if it works before ranking up on live.
