The new augments are coming out in a few hours so I guess it's safe to ask the question now about the Baby Owlbear. On encounter use, it makes an additionnal hit for 50% of the Power if it didn't crit. So with CW specific questions: does anything proc off that 2nd hit and if yes do Storm Spell and Lostmauth procs? Guess some interesting compromise between going full power or maxing crit first might be possible
I really REALLY doubt lostmauth or storm spell could proc since a proc from a non crit will be a non crit. Also, I really don't see this as being an alternative to lostmauth. It's a nice augment and all but it would only be better than a ioun stone.
Will a non crit chilling presence / evocation all in Thraurma power build with a different weapon enchant other than vorpal be worth it compared to current meta? Oh and no lol set?

Don't think it'd be worth losing lostmauth + storm spell, our encounters do HAMSTER damages
